Training The innovaphone PBX fits perfectly into the heterogeneous network in different customer environments. Our flexible PBX can be scaled to be suitable for small offices and branch office structures to larger environments with several PBXs in multiple locations. Various standardised protocols and interfaces enable software products from other manufacturers to be integrated into the system. A multitude of features for switching, group functionalities even presence management render the innovaphone PBX a most sophisticated telephone system. innovaphone's multi-level traning course concept is aimed at IT specialists and in-house administrators whose task it is to manage the PBX, also at specialist dealers and system houses who manage telephone systems for their customers as well as at operators of centralised telephone systems (Managed PBX or Hosted PBX).
The training course concept at innovaphone is constantly updated and adjusted. Some training courses take place directly at the innovaphone headquarters in Sindelfingen, some are Online training courses over the internet. An exam must be passed in order to be certified as an innovaphone Authorised Reseller (iAR).
