This month, we exhibited at Channel Live for the very first time. Channel Live is an annual ICT exhibition in the UK and this year, it took place in Birmingham from Sept. 11th – 12th.

Not only was it our first visit to Channel Live but we also exhibited together with our new distributor North Supply for the first time. The exhibition was the perfect opportunity for us to discuss emerging trends and to engage with the community.

We as a certified IHK (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce) vocational training company feel responsible to contribute to sustainability: for the training of young professionals in commercial occupations and since this year, also in the field of system integration. Training qualified professionals and working with the future in mind are important values for us at innovaphone.

Prospective IT specialists learn the fundamental basics on electronics and IT, details on system architectures, hardware and operating systems. Further, they support users with configuration processes and troubleshooting of their systems. Our apprentices for industrial business management get to know various different departments and learn about business processes and economic correlations. It is important for us as a training company to support young newcomers so that they can work independently and grow with their tasks.

MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg is a basketball team from Ludwigsburg that plays in the basketball Bundesliga, the top German basketball league, and that is steeped in over 50 years of tradition. Approximately 100,000 fans visit the games of MHP RIESEN every year.

A traditional telephone system had been doing its job at the head office of the Bundesliga club in Ludwigsburg since 2007. It was getting on in years and its services were no longer very reliable, modern telephone comfort was also extremely limited: important features such as call forwarding were not available, capacity was very limited as the system had only eight available ports and the system was not VoIP capable.
