The Alarms app is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.
App Platform Manager

With the App Platform Manager, the administrator can install and manage the different app services. Apps can be activated, deactivated and managed with the App Platform Manager. Every admin of an innovaphone myApps platform (from V13) additionally has access to the innovaphone App Store via a function in the admin tool. All innovaphone apps and all available 3rd party apps are listed in the innovaphone App Store.
Admins can download apps for their installations via the innovaphone App Store. All available innovaphone apps as well as available 3 party apps are displayed in the store.

This app provides detailed information on every user as well as the current synchronization status.
The Call List app lists every single incoming and outbound phone call (also group calls). Missed calls are indicated via an icon on the call history list. Detailed information can be accurately traced.
The Contacts app is a company directory. Users can look for contact information via the search field. This may be done by entering name, company name or telephone number.  Detailed information will be displayed with one single click.
All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app. 
The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.
Use the Fax app to send PDF documents to fax recipients and to receive faxes as PDF documents (Fax2Mail). The faxes are arranged according to sender or recipient. 
Files can easily be stored and organized with the Files app. These files can further be assigned individually and announcements to waiting queues can also be managed here.

The JavaScript Runtime App Service for app developers is necessary to run self-developed JavaScript app services. It is part of the SDK.
Another tool for diagnostic analysis is the Logging app. Administrators can use this app to view information on the installation in real-time.
Together with the Premium Chat license, this service is required for the Chat app and stores persistent chat messages.
The Profile app allows the user to individually configure the own user account (profile picture, e-mail address, password, username). The user can further set up Mobility and call diversions with the Profile app, in addition to joining or leaving groups and adding other devices.
All calls can be recorded with a Recordings license. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the Recordings app. The recordings can be played back within the app. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.
The Reports app can be used to display telephony enquiries by using individually configurable filters. Reports can further be created according to specific times or time periods. Continuous analysis of successfully answered, lost or rejected phone calls provides valuable information on issues and challenges of telephony behavior within a company. The reports can be exported in different file formats and processed accordingly. 
The innovaphone Switchboard app enables professional call switching on the innovaphone PBX for easy call management – whether for one single business site or distributed systems, and either on-premises or from the cloud. Inbound calls can quickly be processed and transferred to the suitable destination.

Users who have been assigned to this app can change the settings and edit waiting queues, presence information of users, set up call diversions for others, assign users to waiting queues and much more. 
This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. It is further possible to attach the selected user to the own home screen by clicking onto the home button next to the username. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted accordingly.

With the Provisioning app for Yealink, Yealink end devices can easily and quickly be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app. The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. Selectable call number display for external telephony.The byon LineSelect App is designed for companies with teams or employees, that need to display different phone numbers for external calls. In the byon LineSelect Admin App, multiple lines with different phone numbers can be created and assigned to specific profiles. These profiles are then distributed to the employees. In the byon LineSelect User App the employees can select their required profile and change the outgoing phone number as needed.

With byon QuickRouting you get an app that makes it possible to quickly and easily reroute the telephone accessibility of a complete location. Create call detour for individual users or complete locations, which can be activated with just one click in case of an emergency. To use this app you need a license from byon and the byon support needs an email with the "system name" of the PBX on which the app is created (this is usually the name of your domain). Subsequently, byon will activate the app for your system.
The byon vACD app allows users to access the byon contact center software (vACD) from the innovaphone myApps interface. This gives users the ability to manage and view key features of the vACD agent view. The integration provides a better user experience and eliminates the need to switch to a separate program or browser. With the byon vTK Portal, customers of the byon vTK (telephone system from the cloud, based on innovaphone systems, such as IPVA or innovaphone Gateway) receive a powerful tool for managing their cloud telephone system. The functions include: Create and manage users, create groups and assign calls, manage devices and licenses, create and edit queues and announcements, view statistics and reports, bulk edit and manage user objects and much more. With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. In order to display the users, as well as their presence status from Microsoft Teams, further settings in your Microsoft Azure environment are required (- for more information see byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki)
Callback is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myApps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. If you want, you could use the app to do some call notice instead of callbacks. The app inno2TANSS needs the ticketsystem "TANSS®" and a licensed innovaphone reporting. The app pushes the call information to the ticketsystem. In the ticketsystem you can use the integrated call lists and you got visualise the call information in your timelines. Everything will be configured in the inno2TANSS admin app, and then it works in the background, no app for the user needs to be started. PhoneLink for innovaphone is an auto-provisioning app, allowing innovaphone administrators to add Snom phones seamlessly, by using the familiar innovaphone graphical interface. After going through the installation process, Snom phones can be added easily by just entering their MAC address.
Pinboard can replace the information board for notices in the company and saves eternal scrolling in chat histories. If you need or want to publish information to all users, this is the app for you. You can differentiate between long-term important information and short-term information by selecting an expiration date. In addition, this prevents the "eternal" hanging of obsolete information, e.g. in case of a change of responsibility, on the company information board.

The trizwo WQ Status app displays a simple status overview of calls in a waiting queue within the app. Users of the app see an overview of the number of calls on hold on a well-structured status screen. In addition, the phone number or the name resolved by the PBX as well as the time the call has been on hold is displayed for each call.The trizwo WQ Status App collects the number of calls as well as their standby time and displays them in an overseeable waiting queue.Therefore, a detailed list of the duration of the sequence of call events is generated. The measured values are allocated for access through Prometheus and for processing by Grafana via a web server in the app.
This application allows you to manage the wake-up service of a hotel. The user with access to the application (usually the hotel reception), assigns to a room the date and time in which he wishes to be woken up. Wakemeup makes the automatic call at the established date and time. The call queue is configured to load the audio file that wakemeup  should play during the call.
