This app provides detailed information on every user as well as the current synchronization status.
The Contacts app is a company directory. Users can look for contact information via the search field. This may be done by entering name, company name or telephone number.  Detailed information will be displayed with one single click.
Use the Fax app to send PDF documents to fax recipients and to receive faxes as PDF documents (Fax2Mail). The faxes are arranged according to sender or recipient. 
Together with the Premium Chat license, this service is required for the Chat app and stores persistent chat messages.
The Profile app allows the user to individually configure the own user account (profile picture, e-mail address, password, username). The user can further set up Mobility and call diversions with the Profile app, in addition to joining or leaving groups and adding other devices.
This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. It is further possible to attach the selected user to the own home screen by clicking onto the home button next to the username. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted accordingly.

This gives users the ability to manage and view key features of the vACD agent view. The integration provides a better user experience and eliminates the need to switch to a separate program or browser. With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. In order to display the users, as well as their presence status from Microsoft Teams, further settings in your Microsoft Azure environment are required (- for more information see byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki)
Callback is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myapps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. If you want, you could use the app to do some call notice instead of callbacks. Licensing: One license per user with any number of devices. No floating licensing, only the users who got a configured license have access. DynamicTeamsUse the DynamicTeams from aurenz to turn normal hunt groups into flexible service teams in which the agents can log in and out independently as required. The presence status of the agents is displayed on a team basis. A group-related call journal with callback status allows lost calls to be followed up in a targeted manner. With the supervisor dashboard as a monitoring tool, the team leaders keep track of the workload of the teams, which is a challenge especially today in home office times and teams that work from distributed workstations.This app enables the integration of DynamicTeams into the myApps client. The free trizwo Jitsi app consists of a user and an admin component.With the latter, Jitsi video conference rooms can be predefined, which remain permanently available and can be entered with one click via the Jitsi User App.The trizwo Jitsi App thus simplifies the organisation of the conference rooms of the free Jitsi video conferencing solution and facilitates handling for repeated use. The conference rooms can either be created via the public free Jitsi server (https://meet.jit.si) or via one's own.An extension with additional functionalities is in preparation.Important: The trizwo Jitsi app is currently only functional in the browser environment. It is expected that it will also be usable in the launcher from innovaphone version v13r3.Jitsi Meet in comparison with and without trizwo Jitsi AppJitsi Meet, the original Jitsi software, conceptually provides purely dynamic rooms for video conferences, which are accessible via an individual web URL link. This means that a room is only opened at the time of need and cannot be created on the server in advance.One level lower, a distinction must be made between the room name and the web access link.If a room is created as a moderator or initiator of a session, an invitation with the corresponding access link can be sent to this room via Jitsi Meet.After the last participant has left, the room is eliminated from the server and no longer exists.Once a room has been entered, however, it is noted in the browser cache of the respective users and is suggested to them when they call it up again.In reality, however, this room does not exist or no longer exists on the server at this time. It would only be (re-)created when it is called up by the first user with the corresponding rights.If the browser cache is cleared, the room or the room link is no longer known and cannot be used again.
