This webpage provides an overview of all innovaphone apps as well as all partner apps available in the innovaphone App Store. Take a look at all the opportunities innovaphone myApps has to offer for your enterprise communications and virtual collaboration.

With innovaphone myApps, the collaborative work and communication solution for businesses of all sizes, a variety of functions is already included, without additional cost. These functions are: Telephony, video calling, presence status, chat messaging, remote call control (RCC), admin options, Office and mobile integration as well as screen sharing / application sharing.

Following apps are already included with the innovaphone PBX: Phone app, Softphone app, Chat app, RCC app and PBX Manager app. There is no need to download these apps separately from the innovaphone App Store.



The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.

You can use the Calculator App for simple calculations such as additions, subtractions, divisions, multiplications as well as trigonometric functions and more. Entries can be made via smartphone, mouse click or via keyboard.

Send private messages and group chats with texts, emojis and data files via the Chat app. The app provides a secure messenger solution and is compliant with all security & privacy guidelines. Calls can be started directly from the Chat app.

Admins can use the Conference App to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms. Users enter these virtual meeting rooms to join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon per myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.

Use this digital collaboration platform to conveniently share information with others, participate in discussions, coordinate tasks with your colleagues - across project teams, departments and within the entire company.

The Connector for kuando® provides visibility of the user’s presence status. The status is synchronized between myApps and other 3rd party telephony / conferencing apps (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex). Optionally, the kuando® Busylight visually indicates the status with colored LEDs.

This app allows admins to supply all innovaphone gateways with valid SSL certificates. They are automatically requested from the provider Let’s Encrypt, generated and subsequently installed on the local devices. Devices always have a globally valid SSL certificate.

Web admins can use the Widgets App to create, manage and delete contact widgets for the business website. Contact widgets provide an easy way for website visitors to get in touch with the defined agents (via phone / video call, chat, e-mail). Adjustable design elements help match the widget to the corporate design.

All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app.

The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.

With the myPhoneKeys app, any registered innovaphone desk phone (IP11x, IP10x, IP2x2, IP1x0) can be operated and configured remotely. It is possible to configure function keys, activate or deactivate call forwarding, mute the ringtone and more.

Use the Notes App for short texts and notes to help as reminders. Notes can be created, edited and deleted. It is further possible to select different colors for the various notes.

The administrator configures the innovaphone PBX for the installation with the PBX Manager app. Waiting queues, Reverse Proxy, DECT systems and much more can be set up and managed with the PBX Manager.

The Profile app allows the user to individually configure the own user account (profile picture, e-mail address, password, username). The user can further set up Mobility and call diversions with the Profile app, in addition to joining or leaving groups and adding other devices.

The RCC app (Remote Call Control app) is used to conveniently operate any end device and to make or accept phone calls on this end device via the myApps interface. With the RCC app, the user can always be reached at the own extension, regardless of what device is being used. This applies to inbound and outbound calls: The caller ID transmitted to the called party will always display the own extension.

All calls can be recorded with a Recordings license. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the Recordings app. The recordings can be played back within the app. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.

The Reports app can be used to display telephony enquiries by using individually configurable filters. Reports can further be created according to specific times or time periods. Continuous analysis of successfully answered, lost or rejected phone calls provides valuable information on issues and challenges of telephony behavior within a company. The reports can be exported in different file formats and processed accordingly.

The Softphone app is your virtual telephone. Make and receive audio and video calls on any end device with internet connection (required: audio input / output & camera function for video calls). In addition to all classic IP telephony and versatile UCC functions, users can also dial into virtual conference rooms with more than 3 participants directly via the Softphone app. If required, select calls can further be recorded by simply clicking on the recording button.

The innovaphone Switchboard app enables professional call switching on the innovaphone PBX for easy call management – whether for one single business site or distributed systems, and either on-premises or from the cloud. Inbound calls can quickly be processed and transferred to the suitable destination.

The TechAssist App helps technicians with the implementation of systems that work without errors. The app supports tests to analyze static information and runtime information of a system. Problems and misconfigurations can be found and solved.

This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. Users can be selected and attached to the own home screen. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted.

The WordGuess App by innovaphone lets you guess a different word every day. You can select the length of the word ( 4 to 8 letters per word) and the language (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch). When initially starting the app, you will receive a quick explanation.

The Working Manager app is an app for HR departments. It provides an overview of the work time information of all users. Settings such as the weekly working hours or the amount of work days per week can be configured individually for each user.

The Working User App enables employees to digitally record their working times. All hours worked per day / week / month as well as an overview of the actual working hours and the target working hours are conveniently displayed.

With the Provisioning app for Yealink, Yealink end devices can easily and quickly be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app. The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. With our completely open and expandable platform architecture of myApps, we enable the development of provisioning apps for end devices from almost any manufacturer.
