These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. Queue Board est un moyen facile d'améliorer la qualité de votre communication d'entreprise en utilisant cette application pour obtenir un aperçu (en direct et pour le superviseur également un historique ) du temps d'attente et du nombre d'appelants. Vous pouvez voir combien et après combien de temps ces appelants ont abandonné l'attente. Donnez à chaque membre de l'équipe (agents) et au superviseur un moyen facile de se connecter ou de se déconnecter du groupe. The conference rooms can either be created via the public free Jitsi server (https://meet.jit.si) or via one's own.An extension with additional functionalities is in preparation.Important: The trizwo Jitsi app is currently only functional in the browser environment. Voicemail App contrôle l’accès à la boîte vocale. Tous les messages vocaux peuvent être consultés et écoutés à volonté par l’utilisateur.

L'appli Working Manager App est réservée aux responsables RH (RH ou direction) et permet d'afficher les informations sur le temps de travail de tous les utilisateurs. Les heures et le nombre de jours de travail hebdomadaires peuvent être configurés individuellement pour chaque utilisateur.

L'appli Working User App permet aux employés d’enregistrer facilement leurs heures de travail. Tous les horaires de travail quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels sont détaillés avec un aperçu des heures contractuelles et effectives.

Intégration simple et rapide des terminaux Yealink dans un système innovaphone PBX existant. Pour configurer les terminaux correspondants, il suffit d'indiquer leur adresse MAC respective. Les téléphones Yealink provisionnés peuvent ensuite être gérés via Devices App.
