Overzicht van alle voor innovaphone myApps beschikbare apps

De Alarms App is een monitoring tool voor beheerders. Het functioneert als een uitgebreid monitoringsysteem voor een enkele PBX of een netwerk van apparaten. De beheerder ziet actieve systeemfouten in deze app en krijgt alle relevante informatie over iedere foutmelding.

Met deze app heeft de beheerder de mogelijkheid de verschillende app services te installeren en te beheren. Apps kunnen geactiveerd of gedeactiveerd worden en met de App Platform Manager beheerd worden.  Ledere beheerder van een innovaphone myApps platform (vanaf V13) heeft ook toegang tot de innovaphone App Store als een functie in de admin-tool. Hier zijn apps van innovaphone en apps van derden beschikbaar.

De beheerder kan vanuit de innovaphone App Store apps voor zijn/haar installaties downloaden. Alle beschikbare innovaphone apps en naargelang ook apps van derden worden hier genoemd. 

Deze app toont detailinformatie over iedere gebruiker en de huidige status van de synchronisatie. 

In de Call List App worden alle inkomende en uitgaande telefoongesprekken (ook groepsgesprekken) aangegeven. Gemiste telefoongesprekken worden via een icon in de oproepgeschiedenis gesignaleerd en gedetailleerde informatie kan nauwkeurig getraceerd worden.

Privéberichten en groepschats - teksten met emoji's en bestanden versturen: de Chat app biedt een veilige messenger-oplossing voor elk bedrijf en voldoet aan alle richtlijnen voor beveiliging en gegevensbescherming. Direct bellen vanuit de chat is ook mogelijk.

De Contacts App is een adresboek voor het hele bedrijf. Via een zoekveld kan de gebruiker door het invoeren van namen, bedrijfsnamen of telefoonnummers naar contactgegevens zoeken. Gedetailleerde informatie kan slechts met één klik opgevraagd worden.

In de Devices App worden alle apparaten – zowel VoIP gateways als eindapparaten– van een on-premise of cloud-installatie weergegeven en beheerd. Hier worden back-ups en updates gemaakt en geïnstalleerd.

De Events App is net als de Alarms App een monitoring tool voor beheerders. In de Events App worden alle foutmeldingen permanent opgeslagen. Ook fouten die al gecorrigeerd zijn, worden weergegeven. In de app kunnen de events een voor een of allemaal verwijderd worden.

Met de Fax App kunnen pdf-documenten aan faxontvangers verzonden worden en faxen als pdf-document ontvangen worden (Fax-to-Mail). De documenten zijn op afzender of ontvanger gesorteerd.

Met de Files App kunt u eenvoudig bestanden opslaan en beheren. Deze bestanden kunnen individueel worden toegewezen. Hier kunnen ook aankondigingen voor wachtrijen worden beheerd.

The innovaphone myApps Connector for Microsoft 365 synchronises the Teams presence and call status of Teams users with the innovaphone PBX.

The JavaScript Runtime App Service for app developers is necessary to run self-developed JavaScript app services. It is part of the SDK.

Een verder diagnostisch hulpmiddel is de Logging App. Beheerders kunnen deze app gebruiken om in real-time informatie over hun eigen installatie te bekijken.

Together with the Premium Chat license, this service is required for the Chat app and stores persistent chat messages.

Met behulp van de PBX Manager app configureert de beheerder de innovaphone PBX voor zijn installatie. Op die manier kunnen bijv. wachtrijen, een reverse proxy of DECT-systemen enz. gemakkelijk worden opgezet en beheerd.

De Phone app omvat alle klassieke telefonie functies zoals bellen, ophangen, wachten, parkeren, conferentie met drie deelnemers, schakelen, doorverbinden, omleidingen instellen en pick-up. Daarnaast zijn ook videobellen en Application Sharing mogelijk.

Met de Profile App kan de gebruiker haar/zijn persoonlijk profiel individueel configureren (profielfoto, e-mail, wachtwoord en gebruikersnaam). Bovendien is het mogelijk om de mobility en oproepdoorschakeling in te stellen, andere toestellen toe te voegen of zich in groepen in of uit te loggen.

De RCC app (Remote Call Control app) wordt gebruikt om elk eindapparaat via de vertrouwde en intuïtieve myApps interface te bedienen en oproepen aan te nemen of te voeren. Bij het gebruik van de RCC app is de user altijd bereikbaar onder zijn vertrouwde telefoonnummer, ongeacht welk toestel wordt bediend en of het een inkomend of uitgaand gesprek betreft.

Met een Recordings licentie kunnen alle gesprekken opgenomen worden. De Recordings App toont deze opnames overzichtelijk en maakt een eenvoudig afspelen mogelijk. Deze app is ideaal voor kritische toepassingen als bijvoorbeeld een telefoongesprek contractueel bindend is of de opname van gesprekken noodzakelijk is. 

Deze app kan gebruikt worden om telefonie opvragen flexibel via individueel configureerbare filters weer te geven. Evaluaties volgens specifieke tijdstippen of periodes kunnen ook samengesteld worden. De voortdurende analyse van met succes beantwoorde, verloren en geweigerde gesprekken geeft antwoorden op vele vragen en uitdagingen wat het telefoniegedrag binnen een bedrijf betreft. De resultaten kunnen naar verschillende bestandsformaten geëxporteerd worden en op die manier verder verwerkt worden.

De Softphone app dient als een virtuele telefoon op elk apparaat en maakt het eenvoudig om audio- en videogesprekken te starten en te ontvangen. De enige voorwaarde is een apparaat met internetverbinding dat over audio-ingang en -uitgang en een camerafunctie (voor videobellen) beschikt. Naast alle functies van de klassieke IP-telefonie en uitgebreide UC-functionaliteiten heeft de gebruiker ook de mogelijkheid om via de Softphone app direct in te bellen in een vergaderruimte voor online vergaderingen met meer dan drie deelnemers. Indien gewenst kunnen bepaalde gesprekken met één klik op de opnameknop worden opgenomen.

The innovaphone Switchboard app enables professional call switching on the innovaphone PBX for easy call management – whether for one single business site or distributed systems, and either on-premises or from the cloud. Inbound calls can quickly be processed and transferred to the suitable destination.

Users who have been assigned to this app can change the settings and edit waiting queues, presence information of users, set up call diversions for others, assign users to waiting queues and much more.

Voor de oprichting (Provisioning) van desbetreffende eindtoestellen is slechts het MAC-adres van het apparaat nodig. De geprovisioneerde Yealink-telefoons kunnen daarna via de Devices App beheerd worden. Deze app is een representatief voorbeeld voor de integratie van andere IP-telefoonaanbieders. Selectable call number display for external telephony.The byon LineSelect App is designed for companies with teams or employees, that need to display different phone numbers for external calls. Callback2 is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myApps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. DynamicTeamsUse the DynamicTeams from aurenz to turn normal hunt groups into flexible service teams in which the agents can log in and out independently as required. The app inno2TANSS needs the ticketsystem "TANSS®" and a licensed innovaphone reporting. The app pushes the call information to the ticketsystem. The PBX-Designer for innovaphone is a PBX management application that provides an easy and graphical user interface, without the need to use the innovaphone PBX-Manager app. Currently, the PBX-Designer app enables to manage: ·         Audio files (Upload and convert, record via the website, play and download) ·         Define pickup groups and program function keys ·         Define executive users and coworkers and program function keys ·         Mananage time switches more easily ·         Configure Exchange sync ·         Configure your waiting music ·         Call Flow Designer   The integrated Call Flow Designer allows the user to graphically design call flows. Individual flows can be created and each step can be annotated. The complex nesting and integration of announcements, DTMF functions, agents, call forwarding or timers are available in a simplified way as well as the integration of a voicemail box.  However, a reference to further flows is possible.

The PBX-Designer can be activated by different license models. When activating the AUDIO function, the following features are available: - Management of audio files - Upload / download of *.mp3 files - Automatic offline conversion (no upload via innovaphone portal necessary) - Recording of announcements via microphone on PC - Setting of music-on-hold Installation of all PBX Designer versions is identical and only necessary once. PhoneLink for innovaphone is an auto-provisioning app, allowing innovaphone administrators to add Snom phones seamlessly, by using the familiar innovaphone graphical interface. After going through the installation process, Snom phones can be added easily by just entering their MAC address.

Pinboard can replace the information board for notices in the company and saves eternal scrolling in chat histories. If you need or want to publish information to all users, this is the app for you. You can differentiate between long-term important information and short-term information by selecting an expiration date. In addition, this prevents the "eternal" hanging of obsolete information, e.g. in case of a change of responsibility, on the company information board.

Presence Favorites allows the creation of personal Presence Favorites. You can set the presence status color, the text and a time for how long this presence status should remain set before switching back to green/present. This way you can prevent forgetting to adjust the presence status after e.g. a fixed lunch break time.

The Sendnumber app allows users to choose which phone number they want to use to make outgoing calls. All extensions of existing waiting queue objects are automatically available for configuration.

The ToDoList app gives users a space for quick notes or tasks within the myapps environment. You can use it for your daily goals, quick notes or something like that. The entries are stored in the app's database and are available across your myApps clientsessions

De gratis trizwo Jitsi app bestaat uit een gebruikers- en een admin-component.Met deze laatste kunnen Jitsi videoconference ruimtes vooraf worden gedefinieerd, die permanent beschikbaar blijven en via de Jitsi User App met één klik kunnen worden betreden.De trizwo Jitsi App vereenvoudigt zo de organisatie van de conferentieruimtes van de gratis Jitsi videoconferencing oplossing en vergemakkelijkt het gebruik voor herhaaldelijk gebruik. De conferentieruimten kunnen worden aangemaakt via de openbare gratis Jitsi server (https://meet.jit.si) of via een eigen server.Een uitbreiding met extra functionaliteiten is in voorbereiding.Belangrijk: De trizwo Jitsi app is momenteel alleen functioneel in de browser-omgeving. Dit betekent dat een kamer alleen wordt geopend op het moment dat het nodig is en niet van tevoren op de server kan worden aangemaakt.Een niveau lager moet een onderscheid worden gemaakt tussen de kamernaam en de webtoegangslink.Als een ruimte is aangemaakt als moderator of initiator van een sessie, kan via Jitsi Meet een uitnodiging met de bijbehorende toegangslink naar deze ruimte worden gestuurd.Nadat de laatste deelnemer is vertrokken, wordt de kamer van de server verwijderd en bestaat niet meer.Zodra een kamer is ingevoerd, wordt deze echter in de browsercache van de respectieve gebruikers genoteerd en aan hen voorgesteld wanneer zij de kamer opnieuw oproepen.In werkelijkheid bestaat deze kamer echter niet of niet meer op de server op dit moment. De trizwo support app is ontworpen om support zaken te vereenvoudigen.De app is in eerste instantie bedoeld voor innovaphone partners en beheerders.De gebruiker kan ook een toegangspunt krijgen om contact op te nemen met de gebruikersondersteuning.Kenmerken• Bewerkbare homepage. Contactinformatie of procedure-instructies kunnen hier worden opgeslagen. Gebruikers:binnen het telefoonsysteem ontvangen contactinformatie of links naar de support van de innovaphone partner.• De homepage kan worden bewerkt met een geïntegreerde editor.• Configuratiebestanden en systeemlogs zijn nodig om in geval van een fout een support ticket bij de innovaphone support te kunnen openen. De rapportfunctie kan worden gebruikt om alle noodzakelijke bestanden en logs van relevante apparaten op te halen en te combineren tot een ingepakt rapport als ZIP-bestand.• De lijstmaker maakt het mogelijk om informatie van de gebruikersobjecten in de telefooncentrale uit te lezen als dynamisch configureerbare lijsten en op te slaan in verschillende

De trizwo Tagesschau app toont het dagelijkse nieuws van de Tagesschau in een overzichtelijke feed.

Een ander doel van de trizwo WQ Status App is het bijhouden van statistieken voor elke wachtrij. Daartoe worden gedetailleerde lijsten van het temporele verloop van gespreksgebeurtenissen gegenereerd.De gegenereerde meetwaarden worden desgewenst via een interne webserver van de app beschikbaar gesteld voor opvraag door Prometheus. Hierdoor kunnen visualisatiemogelijkheden (zoals in onze monitoringoplossing via Grafana) en alarmfuncties worden gerealiseerd.

This application allows you to manage the wake-up service of a hotel. The user with access to the application (usually the hotel reception), assigns to a room the date and time in which he wishes to be woken up. Wakemeup makes the automatic call at the established date and time. The call queue is configured to load the audio file that wakemeup  should play during the call.
