De Alarms App is een monitoring tool voor beheerders. Het functioneert als een uitgebreid monitoringsysteem voor een enkele PBX of een netwerk van apparaten. De beheerder ziet actieve systeemfouten in deze app en krijgt alle relevante informatie over iedere foutmelding.

Een admin app waarmee het app-platform zelf en de apps op dit platform kunnen worden beheerd, geïnstalleerd en verwijderd.

Selectable call number display for external telephony.The byon LineSelect App is designed for companies with teams or employees, that need to display different phone numbers for external calls. In the byon LineSelect Admin App, multiple lines with different phone numbers can be created and assigned to specific profiles. These profiles are then distributed to the employees. In the byon LineSelect User App the employees can select their required profile and change the outgoing phone number as needed.

With the byon vTK Portal, customers of the byon vTK (telephone system from the cloud, based on innovaphone systems, such as IPVA or innovaphone Gateway) receive a powerful tool for managing their cloud telephone system. The functions include: Create and manage users, create groups and assign calls, manage devices and licenses, create and edit queues and announcements, view statistics and reports, bulk edit and manage user objects and much more. With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. In order to display the users, as well as their presence status from Microsoft Teams, further settings in your Microsoft Azure environment are required (- for more information see byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki)

In de Call List App worden alle inkomende en uitgaande telefoongesprekken (ook groepsgesprekken) aangegeven. Gemiste telefoongesprekken worden via een icon in de oproepgeschiedenis gesignaleerd en gedetailleerde informatie kan nauwkeurig getraceerd worden.

De Conference app stelt beheerders in staat met één muisklik virtuele vergaderruimtes te maken en te beheren via een overzichtelijke gebruikersinterface. Gebruikers kunnen met de app verschillende ruimtes tegelijk bedienen, uitnodigingen maken en flexibele inbelcodes toewijzen.

Maak uw telefoniestatus en uw beschikbaarheid zichtbaar. Via de statussynchronisatie tussen myApps en andere telefonie- of conferentie-apps van derden (zoals MS Teams, Zoom, Webex). Optioneel via kuando® Busylight, dat de betreffende status d.m.v. gekleurde LED's aangeeft.

Voor alle innovaphone gateways met geldige SSL-certificaten worden automatisch certificaten van de Let's Encrypt provider gedownload, aangemaakt en op lokale apparaten geïnstalleerd. Apparaten hebben dus altijd een wereldwijd geldig SSL-certificaat en kunnen via HTTPS communiceren.

Met de Contact Widgets App kunnen webbeheerders contact widgets als sidebar widget of cardset widget aanmaken, verwijderen en beheren. De app biedt verschillende aanpasbare designelementen voor een eenvoudige integratie in een bestaand corporate design alsook real-time wijzigingen.

In de Devices App worden alle apparaten – zowel VoIP gateways als eindtoestellen – van een on-premise of cloud-installatie weergegeven en beheerd. Hier worden back-ups en updates gemaakt en geïnstalleerd.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

De Events App is net als de Alarms App een monitoring tool voor beheerders. In de Events App worden alle foutmeldingen permanent opgeslagen. Ook fouten die al gecorrigeerd zijn, worden weergegeven. In de app kunnen de events een voor een of allemaal verwijderd worden.

Met de Files App kunt u eenvoudig bestanden opslaan en beheren. Deze bestanden kunnen individueel worden toegewezen. Hier kunnen ook aankondigingen voor wachtrijen worden beheerd.

Een verder diagnostisch hulpmiddel is de Logging App. Beheerders kunnen deze app gebruiken om in real-time informatie over hun eigen installatie te bekijken.

Met de myPhoneKeys app kunt u elke geregistreerde innovaphone bureautelefoon (IP11x, IP10x, IP2x2, IP1x0) op afstand bedienen en configureren. Het is mogelijk om functietoetsen te configureren, oproepomleidingen in en uit te schakelen, de telefoon op stil te zetten en nog veel meer.

Met behulp van de PBX Manager app configureert de beheerder de innovaphone PBX voor zijn installatie. Op die manier kunnen bijv. wachtrijen, een reverse proxy of DECT-systemen enz. gemakkelijk worden opgezet en beheerd.

The PBX-Designer for innovaphone is a PBX management application that provides an easy and graphical user interface, without the need to use the innovaphone PBX-Manager app. Currently, the PBX-Designer app enables to manage: - Fax server settings- Group Fax- Voicemail settings- Group voicemail- Clip no screening- Audio files (Upload and convert, record via the website, play and download) - Define pickup groups and program function keys - Define executive users and coworkers and program function keys - Mananage time switches more easily - Configure Exchange sync - Configure your waiting music - Call Flow Designer   The integrated Call Flow Designer allows the user to graphically design call flows. The PBX-Designer can be activated by different license models.
