Voor alle innovaphone gateways met geldige SSL-certificaten worden automatisch certificaten van de Let's Encrypt provider gedownload, aangemaakt en op lokale apparaten geïnstalleerd. Apparaten hebben dus altijd een wereldwijd geldig SSL-certificaat en kunnen via HTTPS communiceren.

De innovaphone myApps Connector voor Microsoft 365 synchroniseert de Teams presence en de oproepstatus van de Teams users met de innovaphone PBX.

Met de Contact Widgets App kunnen webbeheerders contact widgets als sidebar widget of cardset widget aanmaken, verwijderen en beheren. De app biedt verschillende aanpasbare designelementen voor een eenvoudige integratie in een bestaand corporate design alsook real-time wijzigingen.

The app inno2TANSS needs the ticketsystem "TANSS®" and a licensed innovaphone reporting. The app pushes the call information to the ticketsystem. De RCC (Remote Call Control) App wordt gebruikt om elk eindtoestel te bedienen en oproepen aan te nemen of te voeren. Met de RCC App is de user altijd bereikbaar onder zijn vertrouwde telefoonnummer, ongeacht welk toestel wordt bediend en of het een inkomend of uitgaand gesprek betreft.

Neem uw gesprekken op! De Recordings App toont deze opnames overzichtelijk en maakt een eenvoudig afspelen mogelijk. Deze app is ideaal voor kritische toepassingen als bijvoorbeeld een telefoongesprek contractueel bindend is of de opname van gesprekken noodzakelijk is.
