Beta 4 of Version 16: Discover the Latest Features Now!

The 4^th Beta phase of software version 16 became available right before Christmas. New functions in the Working App, updates in the Quotations Calculator and enhancements to the switchboard, emergency calls and more await you.

Working App – Fewer Inquiries, More Clarity
Has your status changed due to vacation or illness? Get push notifications directly onto your device – even if the time recording is currently not active. New for managers: Notifications for new requests, a badge count for pending absences, more flexibility for absences without time recording (e.g. compensating overtime) and convenient features such as displayed presence status and integrated chat button.

Quotations Calculator – Prepare, Save, Use 

• Create templates for calculations and use these templates repeatedly, without reporting a project.
• Quickly look for a project using the filter function.
• Get more detailed information on articles with the wizard.
• Change the project status directly as “won” or “lost”.

Emergency Calls – Fully Accessible in Accordance with EU Directive 2019/882
Our gateways meet the requirements of EU Directive 2019/882 with the new RTT (Real-Time Text) support. Voice, text and location information are transmitted in real-time to NGX compatible control centers, ensuring equal access to emergency services.

Switchboard – Transferring Calls with Fewer Clicks
Call routing can be checked and bypassed directly, shortcuts provide faster forwarding, notes on calls go straight to the Connect App.
