You may have already discovered myApps Go! at our CONNECT 2026. As innovaphone partner, now is the time to quickly set up a dedicated cloud test instance for your customers to test our business apps.

myApps Go! allows customers to test Connect, Projects, and Working directly as a cloud installation. Your advantage: Once registered in the portal my.innovaphone, setting up the test instance takes just a few clicks - without a gateway, without assistance from an innovaphone technician, and without any additional administrative effort.

The official launch will take place as soon as the registration process for end customers is as simple and streamlined as possible. Until then, you can already make targeted use of myApps Go! when meeting with customers.

New in Projects: Well-Structured Home Screen

What are my to dos for today? Which tasks have priority? How can I keep track of spontaneous ideas?

With V16 SR4, you can customize the Projects home screen more to suit your own preferences. You choose which lists shall be displayed, rearrange items using drag & drop and keep track of what is important for your workday.

Also new: Pinned tasks and pinned backlog entries. You can mark important tasks or ideas as favorites to quickly find them later on, pinned to your home screen.

Our highlight: Private notes. Capture your thoughts in notes on your home screen – you can turn these notes into a project, sprint task or backlog item at a later point.

Highlights of the Service Release V16 SR4

• App Platform Manager / Web Server: Unencrypted HTTP access via port 80 can be completely disabled.
• Users Admin: DECT devices can now be configured directly in Users Admin and imported via XML/CSV.
• Projects App: The home screen can be personalized to include pinned tasks, pinned backlog items, and private notes.
• Fax: With Mail-to-Fax, you can send multiple documents in a single fax; for outgoing faxes, resolutions of 100 dpi and 300 dpi are available.
• myApps / IP Phones: G.729AB is available again.
• New SIP Provider: Germany
