Version 16r1: Beta Round Three – Making myApps Even More Intuitive

Following the first two successful beta rounds, we’re now back with more. Beta 3 brings fresh refinements to the user experience -- with a redesigned help & onboarding tour and significant improvements for using Projects on mobile devices.

myApps – Getting started and first steps made easy
To help new users get up to speed effortlessly, the hamburger menu now brings together all onboarding and help tools in the new “Help” section. This includes a completely new myApps tour that guides you step by step through the homescreen, apps, presence & menu.
Perfect for anyone new to the myApps universe – or those wanting to provide newcomers with a smooth start.

Projects – Clearly optimized for mobile devices
Projects now delivers an excellent experience on narrow displays: Actions run through a three-dot menu, detail views are accessible everywhere, and the optimized responsive layout makes much better use of small screens.

Also new: Backlog entries can be moved from the project backlog to the corresponding area backlog with a click – naturally including history and discussions.

New for Analytics: Supervisor License for Granular Insights

The Analytics App from MediaRunway provides clear answers to the question: Who calls when – and where is something getting lost? The app visually analyzes conversations, helps reduce missed calls, and shows optimization potential in your business processes.

New: the optional Supervisor License. It allows you to define exactly which employees can view or perform which evaluations – ideal for larger teams, data protection requirements, or clear role distributions in the company.
