The myApps client combines all Unified Communications applications plus virtual collaboration tools under one single, unified interface so that users can quickly access apps to communicate, work and administrate with. The user will always have the same up-to-date data available, no matter where the current workplace is located or what device is being used.

With the innovaphone myApps client, various UCC elements and apps such as video calls, conferencing, presence, chat messaging and more are bundled into one unified interface. What’s more: The myApps client is based on a modular design and provides all tools to comfortably complete daily work tasks. New innovaphone apps, apps developed by our app partners and even self-developed apps continuously extend and complement the innovaphone myApps platform. Therefore, myApps can be dynamically adjusted for each individual user and according to current business needs at any time.
The client myApps offers utmost freedom and flexibility when it comes to choosing a suitable communication channel to contact others. It is entirely up to you whether you would like to use your desk phone, mobile phone or softphone. All the functions are only a fingertip away, no matter whether you are at the office, on the go or working remotely from home - your communication and team collaboration tools will always be right there with you.
Multi-video conferences, virtual meetings, screen sharing and many other UCC features are also included within the myApps client.
With the Windows version, the client can be docked onto the desktop screen. This allows for a well-structured and clear overview of opened applications, programs and documents.
You can also quickly access the client via browser on any device without required installation.

The client displays the presence status of your contacts, offers direct access to an internal directory and an instant messaging chat app, offers a clear overview of the call list in addition to many other functions and features such as video and screen sharing (full screen or select applications).
Users can individually edit their own profiles and select a personal profile picture, set up call diversions and add or delete additional phones. Applications and contacts can further be set as favorites which will then be displayed on the home screen. This allows for quick and convenient reachability. If you wish, you can select one favorite app in the myApps task bar. Simply place the respective app onto the "app focus" right next to the home button via drag and drop. This app will be opened automatically once innovaphone myApps starts up.
Own applications or branch specific apps can also be integrated into the client. These apps may include a calculator, intranet, websites, CRM applications or self-developed apps. Users will profit from versatile business applications all bundled in one single interface within the myApps client.
