We are getting closer to the finish line! Get ready for new functions with our Beta 6, waiting for you to test.

The Highlights at a Glance:

Answer WhatsApp messages directly in Connect
Receive and respond to WhatsApp messages directly from within the Connect App. With the Connector for WhatsApp, inbound messages are automatically redirected to the suitable channel in the Connect App, where you can quickly process messages for enhanced customer services.

Share files directly in Connect for better collaboration
Use Documents to share files directly in Connect where others can continue to edit the files. You can easily upload documents via drag & drop and share these files with your team via a message in the Connect App. Changes are saved automatically.

Keep an eye on leave requests in the Connect App
Receive notifications about new leave requests and send follow-up questions, if necessary, thanks to an interface between the Working App and the Connect App. Once a request has been submitted in the Working App, a private discussion between the person submitting the request, department management and HR automatically begins in Connect, including notifications. Approvals, follow-up questions and status updates appear in the conversation thread.

Restore deleted sections in the Projects App
Delete sections in Projects and easily restore them if needed. Deleted sections will only be deleted permanently after 100 days. Also available: An onboarding tour that quickly helps you find your way around Projects.
