Partner app licenses license partner apps on the communication platform myApps. Many innovaphone apps and partner apps either do not require a license, or require a (feature) license. Following app listed on this website requires a (feature) license.

Queue Board

MediaRunway GmbH & Co. KG is the developer of the partner app Queue Board App. With the Queue Board App, no calls are lost. You further have a clear overview of the available agents and the call volume. Calls can be managed flexibly and evaluated – without requiring an additional infrastructure.

 

Licensing

One license per user (one license each per User, Supervisor, Dashboard) with any number of end devices as well as per User (user license) and Waiting Queue (service license).

 

Specifics

  • Per waiting queue, a combination of a user license and a service license is required. The user license is debited if the function is configured for a user on the PBX – irrespective of the usage.
  • At least one Wating Queue service license and one user license is required
  • The Queue Board App license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version & app software version being used.
