Important Information on innovaphone Hardware Rental

General Note

• innovaphone rental devices can only be used with an innovaphone system.

Starting the Rental

• Please note that you have 10 days to activate your rental device. These 10 days will begin at the time of delivery by innovaphone AG (ex works). Should a rental device not have been activated within this 10 day period, the rental payments will begin automatically and iSC will be charged, also without the initial activation.

Ending the Rental

• The rental for individual devices and corresponding components can only be terminated electronically via the Devices app. Once the termination comes into effect, no more iSC will be charged to the respective account. With termination of the device rental, the device is to be returned to innovaphone AG headquarters:

• Please indicate the subject "Return - Hardware Rental" on the package
• Please ensure that the device is properly packed and insured for shipping. The sender is liable for damage caused by improper packaging.
• Should the rental device not be delivered to innovaphone AG headquarters within 10 days after termination, iSC will be charged in the amount of the pro rata rental costs for each additional day.
• When returning rental hardware, please ensure to include a completed return shipment form with the shipment (PDF below)
