The PBX Designer for innovaphone is a powerful management application for the on-premise innovaphone PBX. It enables intuitive, graphical configuration of the telephone system without requiring the use of the innovaphone PBX Manager. Individual call flows can be named and annotated with comments or documentation. Complex call processes—such as those involving voice prompts, DTMF inputs, agents, call forwarding, time controls, or voicemail integration—are configured intuitively via the graphical interface. Linking multiple call flows is also significantly simplified.Integrated Active Directory/LDAP synchronization enables connection to multiple directory servers via secure LDAPS connections. Both multi-forest and multi-domain environments are supported. Users can be automatically imported into the telephone system. Using user-defined mapping rules, elements such as licenses, call flows, or other PBX configurations can be automatically assigned to specific users.
