De Alarms App is een monitoring tool voor beheerders. Het functioneert als een uitgebreid monitoringsysteem voor een enkele PBX of een netwerk van apparaten. De beheerder ziet actieve systeemfouten in deze app en krijgt alle relevante informatie over iedere foutmelding.

Een admin app waarmee het app-platform zelf en de apps op dit platform kunnen worden beheerd, geïnstalleerd en verwijderd.

Selectable call number display for external telephony.The byon LineSelect App is designed for companies with teams or employees, that need to display different phone numbers for external calls. In the byon LineSelect Admin App, multiple lines with different phone numbers can be created and assigned to specific profiles. These profiles are then distributed to the employees. In the byon LineSelect User App the employees can select their required profile and change the outgoing phone number as needed.

With the byon vTK Portal, customers of the byon vTK (telephone system from the cloud, based on innovaphone systems, such as IPVA or innovaphone Gateway) receive a powerful tool for managing their cloud telephone system. With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. In order to display the users, as well as their presence status from Microsoft Teams, further settings in your Microsoft Azure environment are required (- for more information see byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki)

Call Forward allows one or more users to configure call forwarding for other users and PBX objects.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

De Events App is net als de Alarms App een monitoring tool voor beheerders. In de Events App worden alle foutmeldingen permanent opgeslagen. Ook fouten die al gecorrigeerd zijn, worden weergegeven. In de app kunnen de events een voor een of allemaal verwijderd worden.

Met de Files App kunt u eenvoudig bestanden opslaan en beheren. Deze bestanden kunnen individueel worden toegewezen. Hier kunnen ook aankondigingen voor wachtrijen worden beheerd.

De app maakt eenvoudige zoekopdrachten mogelijk, zoals het vinden van contacten binnen een adresboek (LDAP-lijst). Alle zoekresultaten worden overzichtelijk weergegeven in de Phone en de Chat App.

Een verder diagnostisch hulpmiddel is de Logging App. Beheerders kunnen deze app gebruiken om in real-time informatie over hun eigen installatie te bekijken.

Met de myPhoneKeys app kunt u elke geregistreerde innovaphone bureautelefoon (IP11x, IP10x, IP2x2, IP1x0) op afstand bedienen en configureren. Het is mogelijk om functietoetsen te configureren, oproepomleidingen in en uit te schakelen, de telefoon op stil te zetten en nog veel meer.

Met behulp van de PBX Manager app configureert de beheerder de innovaphone PBX voor zijn installatie. Op die manier kunnen bijv. wachtrijen, een reverse proxy of DECT-systemen enz. gemakkelijk worden opgezet en beheerd.

The ToDoList app gives users a space for quick notes or tasks within the myApps environment. You can use it for your daily goals, quick notes or similar tasks. The entries are stored in the app's database and are available across your myApps client sessions.

Translations kan worden gebruikt om tekst te vertalen in alle apps die deze functie ondersteunen. Translations is een client-API en kan worden gebruikt door elke app en elke service in myApps.

Kiesfilters van gebruikersobjecten kunnen worden gewijzigd via de Filterswitch App. Met een zoekfunctie kunnen extensies worden gevonden op naam of telefoonnummer.
