With innovaphone myApps, the collaborative work and communication solution for businesses of all sizes, a variety of functions is already included, without additional cost. These functions are: Telephony, video calling, presence status, chat messaging, remote call control (RCC), admin options, Office and mobile integration as well as screen sharing / application sharing.

Following apps are already included with the innovaphone PBX: Phone app, Softphone app, Chat app, RCC app and PBX Manager app. There is no need to download these apps separately from the innovaphone App Store.

The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.

With byon callpoint, byon offers a comprehensive telephone conference platform as a service. This enables the fast and uncomplicated organization of telephone conferences with customers, partners or for team meetings. Functions such as: security PIN, access control, participant overview, moderator function and many more make the callpoint platform a useful conference tool.In order to use the full range of functions of the byon telephone conferencing plattform, additional licenses must be purchased directly from byon. Selectable call number display for external telephony.The byon LineSelect App is designed for companies with teams or employees, that need to display different phone numbers for external calls. In the byon LineSelect Admin App, multiple lines with different phone numbers can be created and assigned to specific profiles. These profiles are then distributed to the employees. In the byon LineSelect User App the employees can select their required profile and change the outgoing phone number as needed.

With the byon vTK Portal, customers of the byon vTK (telephone system from the cloud, based on innovaphone systems, such as IPVA or innovaphone Gateway) receive a powerful tool for managing their cloud telephone system. The functions include: Create and manage users, create groups and assign calls, manage devices and licenses, create and edit queues and announcements, view statistics and reports, bulk edit and manage user objects and much more. With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. In order to display the users, as well as their presence status from Microsoft Teams, further settings in your Microsoft Azure environment are required (- for more information see byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki)

Admins can use the Conference App to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms. Users enter these virtual meeting rooms to join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon per myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.

The Connector for kuando® provides visibility of the user’s presence status. The status is synchronized between myApps and other 3rd party telephony / conferencing apps (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex). Optionally, the kuando® Busylight visually indicates the status with colored LEDs.

This app allows admins to supply all innovaphone gateways with valid SSL certificates. They are automatically requested from the provider Let’s Encrypt, generated and subsequently installed on the local devices. Devices always have a globally valid SSL certificate.

Web admins can use the Widgets App to create, manage and delete contact widgets for the business website. Contact widgets provide an easy way for website visitors to get in touch with the defined agents (via phone / video call, chat, e-mail). Adjustable design elements help match the widget to the corporate design.

All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.

With the Gigaset Provisioning App it is possible to automatically add and remove DECT devices via IPUI provisioning on the Gigaset Nx70 IP DECT. In addition, the LDAP configuration can be provisioned.

comteloGROUPS brings structure to your call groups. If you want to work together efficiently, this app has many advantages. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, waiting ques are clearly summarized and provide information on the status of the groups and their participants. Which participants can currently be reached in my group? Who is available or has an appointment right now? Are there static participants in my group who are permanently assigned to it and therefore always accept calls? These are just a few examples that the comteloGROUPS app makes visible. The practicality of the app is supplemented with additional functions, such as a call directly from the app or the chat button for short messages in between. With the myPhoneKeys App, any registered innovaphone desk phone (IP11x, IP10x, IP2x2, IP1x0) can be operated and configured remotely. It is possible to configure function keys, activate or deactivate call forwarding, mute the ringtone and more.

The administrator configures the innovaphone PBX for the installation with the PBX Manager app. Waiting queues, Reverse Proxy, DECT systems and much more can be set up and managed with the PBX Manager.

The PBX-Designer for innovaphone is a PBX management application that provides an easy and graphical user interface, without the need to use the innovaphone PBX-Manager app. Currently, the PBX-Designer app enables to manage: - Fax server settings- Group Fax- Voicemail settings- Group voicemail- Clip no screening- Audio files (Upload and convert, record via the website, play and download) - Define pickup groups and program function keys - Define executive users and coworkers and program function keys - Mananage time switches more easily - Configure Exchange sync - Configure your waiting music - Call Flow Designer   The integrated Call Flow Designer allows the user to graphically design call flows. Individual flows can be created and each step can be annotated. The complex nesting and integration of announcements, DTMF functions, agents, call forwarding or timers are available in a simplified way as well as the integration of a voicemail box.  However, a reference to further flows is possible.

The PBX-Designer can be activated by different license models. When activating the AUDIO function, the following features are available: - Management of audio files - Upload / download of *.mp3 files - Automatic offline conversion (no upload via innovaphone portal necessary) - Recording of announcements via microphone on PC - Setting of music-on-hold Installation of all PBX Designer versions is identical and only necessary once. The various features are activated by importing a license key.

The PBX-Designer can be activated by different license models. When activating the GROUP function, the following features are available: Manage call pickup groupsPickup function keys individually and globally adjustableManagement of executive-secretary groupsFunction keys for executive and secretary adjustable The installation of all PBX-Designer versions is identical and only necessary once. The activation of the different features is done by importing a license key.

The Profile App allows the user to individually configure the own user account (profile picture, e-mail address, password, username). The user can further set up Mobility and call diversions with the Profile app, in addition to joining or leaving groups and adding other devices.

With the Provisioning DECT app for Yealink, Yealink DECT devices can easily and quickly be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app.The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. With our completely open and expandable platform architecture of myApps, we enable the development of provisioning apps for end devices from almost any manufacturer.

All calls can be recorded with a Recordings license. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the Recordings App. The recordings can be played back within the app. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.

The Reports App displays telephony enquiries by using individually configurable filters. Reports can further be created according to specific times or time periods. Continuous analysis of successfully answered, lost or rejected phone calls provides valuable information.

Room manager is an application that allows you to manage the check-in and check-out of hotel clients. It also allows you to manage the control of the cleaning status of the rooms. The main functions of the room manager are the following: room management, registration of clients in the room, check-in and check-out, filter of available rooms, filter of clean rooms. The room cleaning control can be managed from the app and also allows you to change the status by using a combination of keys on the room telephone. With an intuitive interface, it allows the hotel reception to have complete control of the status of the rooms. Sites manager is an application that allows you to centrally and easily manage access to a company's corporate applications (ERP, CRM, other information systems, etc. Licensing One license per user with any number of devices Specifics This license is user-based. The innovaphone Switchboard App enables professional call switching on the innovaphone PBX for easy call management – whether for one single business site or distributed systems, and either on-premises or from the cloud. Inbound calls can quickly be processed and transferred to the suitable destination.

The TechAssist App helps technicians with the implementation of systems that work without errors. The app supports tests to analyze static information and runtime information of a system. Problems and misconfigurations can be found and solved.

The ToDoList app gives users a space for quick notes or tasks within the myapps environment. You can use it for your daily goals, quick notes or something like that. The entries are stored in the app's database and are available across your myApps clientsessions

The trizwo support app is designed to simplify support cases.The app is primarily aimed at innovaphone partners and administrators.The user can also be provided with an entry point for contacting user support.Features• Editable homepage. Contact information or procedural instructions can be stored here. Users:inside the telephone system receive contact information or links to the innovaphone partner's support.• The homepage can be edited using an integrated editor.• Configuration files and system logs are required in order to open a support ticket with innovaphone support in case of an error. The report function can be used to retrieve all necessary files and logs from relevant devices and combine them into a packed report as a ZIP file.• The list maker enables information of the user objects in the PBX to be read out as dynamically configurable lists and to be stored in different.

This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. Users can be selected and attached to the own home screen. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted.

This application allows you to manage the wake-up service of a hotel. The user with access to the application (usually the hotel reception), assigns to a room the date and time in which he wishes to be woken up. Wakemeup makes the automatic call at the established date and time. The call queue is configured to load the audio file that wakemeup  should play during the call. The Working Manager App is an app for HR departments. It provides an overview of the work time information of all users. Settings such as the weekly working hours or the amount of work days per week can be configured individually for each user.

The Working User App enables employees to digitally record their working times. All hours worked per day / week / month as well as an overview of the actual working hours and the target working hours are conveniently displayed.

Yealink end devices can easily be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX with this app. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices App.
