Een admin app waarmee het app-platform zelf en de apps op dit platform kunnen worden beheerd, geïnstalleerd en verwijderd.

Selectable call number display for external telephony.The byon LineSelect App is designed for companies with teams or employees, that need to display different phone numbers for external calls. In the byon LineSelect Admin App, multiple lines with different phone numbers can be created and assigned to specific profiles. These profiles are then distributed to the employees. In the byon LineSelect User App the employees can select their required profile and change the outgoing phone number as needed.

With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. In order to display the users, as well as their presence status from Microsoft Teams, further settings in your Microsoft Azure environment are required (- for more information see byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki)

Call Forward allows one or more users to configure call forwarding for other users and PBX objects.

De Connector voor kuando® synchroniseert automatisch de beschikbaarheid van myApps en andere oplossingen zoals Microsoft Teams, Zoom of Webex. Indien gewenst kan ook de optioneel verkrijgbare kuando® Busylight de huidige status via LED op de werkplek signaleren.

Voor alle innovaphone gateways met geldige SSL-certificaten worden automatisch certificaten van de Let's Encrypt provider gedownload, aangemaakt en op lokale apparaten geïnstalleerd. Apparaten hebben dus altijd een wereldwijd geldig SSL-certificaat en kunnen via HTTPS communiceren.

Bezoekers van de website kunnen beschikbare contactpersonen bereiken via chat, e-mail of zelfs een (video)gesprek. De Contact Widgets App maakt een eenvoudige integratie van dergelijke Contact Widgets met individueel aanpasbare inhoud en design in jouw webpagina´s mogelijk.

In de Devices App worden alle apparaten – zowel VoIP gateways als eindtoestellen – van een on-premise of cloud-installatie weergegeven en beheerd. Hier worden back-ups en updates gemaakt en geïnstalleerd.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

De Events App is net als de Alarms App een monitoring tool voor beheerders. In de Events App worden alle foutmeldingen permanent opgeslagen. Ook fouten die al gecorrigeerd zijn, worden weergegeven. In de app kunnen de events een voor een of allemaal verwijderd worden.

Met de Files App kunt u eenvoudig bestanden opslaan en beheren. Deze bestanden kunnen individueel worden toegewezen. Hier kunnen ook aankondigingen voor wachtrijen worden beheerd.

With the Gigaset DeskPhone App, it is possible to provision Gigaset DeskPhones of the P-Series.  Additionally, the phonebook and the keys can be mirrored onto the DeskPhones.  Furthermore, the local Innovaphone directory, as well as the ability to customize and control call forwarding, groups, presence, and working app, are provided as a PBX menu.

The PBX-Designer can be activated by different license models. The various features are activated by importing a license key.

Room manager is an application that allows you to manage the check-in and check-out of hotel clients. It also allows you to manage the control of the cleaning status of the rooms. The ToDoList app gives users a space for quick notes or tasks within the myApps environment. You can use it for your daily goals, quick notes or similar tasks. The entries are stored in the app's database and are available across your myApps client sessions.

Translations kan worden gebruikt om tekst te vertalen in alle apps die deze functie ondersteunen. Translations is een client-API en kan worden gebruikt door elke app en elke service in myApps.

Kiesfilters van gebruikersobjecten kunnen worden gewijzigd via de Filterswitch App. Met een zoekfunctie kunnen extensies worden gevonden op naam of telefoonnummer. De extensies die via de app kunnen worden gevonden, kunnen via groepslidmaatschappen worden beperkt. Hetzelfde geldt voor de filters die in de app kunnen worden geselecteerd.

Voor de oprichting (Provisioning) van desbetreffende eindtoestellen is slechts het MAC-adres van het apparaat nodig.
