With innovaphone myApps, the collaborative work and communication solution for businesses of all sizes, a variety of functions is already included, without additional cost. These functions are: Telephony, video calling, presence status, chat messaging, remote call control (RCC), admin options, Office and mobile integration as well as screen sharing / application sharing.
Following apps are already included with the innovaphone PBX: Phone app, Softphone app, Chat app, RCC app and PBX Manager app. There is no need to download these apps separately from the innovaphone App Store.
With the App Platform Manager, the administrator can install and manage the different app services. Apps can be activated, deactivated and managed with the App Platform Manager. Every admin of an innovaphone myApps platform (from V13) additionally has access to the innovaphone App Store via a function in the admin tool. All innovaphone apps and all available 3rd party apps are listed in the innovaphone App Store.

With byon WhoIsOn for innovaphone myApps you get an app, which displays the presence statuses of Microsoft Teams members and those of innovaphone PBX users in one interface. This means you have all participants from both worlds available in one view. In the free version of this app, it is possible to connect a client in Microsoft Teams (this requires the byon WhoIsOn Microsoft Teams app - for more information see the byon WhoIsOn article in the innovaphone Wiki) and a client from innovaphone myApps. The Calculator app is your personal and portable calculator for everyday use. You can use the Calculator app for simple calculations such as additions, subtractions, divisions or multiplications. The Callback Manager App adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. A large number of objects can be monitored and missed calls can be recorded in a list for processing. Daily call statistics are also generated.Since it is a service license, no user license is required. Therefore, any number of users can be authorized to the callback list and use it.
Callback2 is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myApps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. What does the Conference App Offer? Admins can use the Conference app to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms via the user-friendly myApps interface. Users will enter virtual meeting rooms and join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon for each myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.
The Connector for kuando® provides visibility of the user’s presence status and availability. For one, through status synchronization between myApps and other 3rd party apps for telephony or conferencing (such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex). Optionally, the kuando® Busylight visually indicates the respective status with colored LED lights.

The presence status of the agents is displayed on a team basis. A group-related call journal with callback status allows lost calls to be followed up in a targeted manner. The app inno2TANSS needs the ticketsystem "TANSS®" and a licensed innovaphone reporting. The app pushes the call information to the ticketsystem. Presence Heartbeat improve the clarity of the myApps presence state of your employees, in which the color and the text are automatically set with a preset when the Windows screen lock is activated and unlocked again, as well as when Windows logs on and logs off/ shutdown. With the Provisioning DECT app for Yealink, Yealink DECT devices can easily and quickly be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. Queue Board is an easy way to improve the quality of your corporate communication by using this app to get an overview (live and the supervisor also historical) of the waiting time and the number of callers. You can see how many callers and after how long these callers gave up the wait. Give each individual team member (call agent) and the supervisor an easy way for all team members to log in or out of the group. If you want to keep an eye on several waiting queues at the same time, simply open the desired waiting queues next to each other on the supervisor monitor or visible to the team on a larger display. The RCC app (Remote Call Control app) is used to conveniently operate any end device and to make or accept phone calls on this end device via the myApps interface. With the RCC app, the user can always be reached at the own extension, regardless of what device is being used. This applies to inbound and outbound calls: The caller ID transmitted to the called party will always display the own extension.
All calls can be recorded with a Recordings license. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the Recordings app. The recordings can be played back within the app. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.
The Reports app can be used to display telephony enquiries by using individually configurable filters. Reports can further be created according to specific times or time periods. Continuous analysis of successfully answered, lost or rejected phone calls provides valuable information on issues and challenges of telephony behavior within a company. The reports can be exported in different file formats and processed accordingly.

The Softphone app is your virtual telephone. Make and receive audio and video calls on any end device with internet connection (required: audio input / output & camera function for video calls). The trizwo WQ Status app displays a simple status overview of calls in a waiting queue within the app. Users of the app see an overview of the number of calls on hold on a well-structured status screen. In addition, the phone number or the name resolved by the PBX as well as the time the call has been on hold is displayed for each call.The trizwo WQ Status App collects the number of calls as well as their standby time and displays them in an overseeable waiting queue.Therefore, a detailed list of the duration of the sequence of call events is generated. The measured values are allocated for access through Prometheus and for processing by Grafana via a web server in the app.
This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. It is further possible to attach the selected user to the own home screen by clicking onto the home button next to the username. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted accordingly.

This application allows you to manage the wake-up service of a hotel. The user with access to the application (usually the hotel reception), assigns to a room the date and time in which he wishes to be woken up. Wakemeup makes the automatic call at the established date and time. The call queue is configured to load the audio file that wakemeup should play during the call. The WordGuess app by innovaphone is an app which lets you guess a different word every day. You can select the length of the word (from 4 to 8 letters per word) and the language (words available for: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch). When initially starting the app, a quick explanation of the game is given.
