Partner app licenses license partner apps on the communication platform myApps. Many innovaphone apps and partner apps either do not require a license, or require a (feature) license. Following app listed on this website requires a (feature) license.

Analytics

MediaRunway GmbH & Co. KG is the developer of the partner app Analytics. Analytics is the simple, comprehensive and visualized way of evaluating calls to reduce unanswered calls and optimize your business processes.

The optional Supervisor App can be used to set permissions to determine which users can view / perform which evaluations.

 

Licensing of Analytics

This license is a service license.

Please refer to the listing below to check the number of required service licenses.


Specifics

  • This license is a service license. The required number of service licenses depends on the number of licensed ports:

    • up to 25 ports: 50 licenses

    • up to 50 ports: 100 licenses

    • up to 500 ports: 200 licenses

    • from 501 ports: 350 licenses

  • The number of service licenses must always be at least equal to the number of service licenses for the levels listed here.
  • The Analytics App license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version & app software version being used.
  • Licensing category: innovaphone license

 

Licensing of Analytics Supervisor 

One license per user with any number of end devices.

 

Specifics

  • This license is user-based. This license is debited if the function is configured for a user on the PBX – irrespective of the usage.
  • The license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version being used.
  • Licensing category: innovaphone license
