De Tutorials App biedt toegang tot verschillende tutorials, die diverse apps en functies van innovaphone myApps introduceren. Met duidelijke stap-voor-stap instructies en waardevolle informatie over verschillende onderwerpen.

Deze app toont alle deelnemers van de PBX. Als u een contact selecteert kunt u deze heel simpel met slechts één klik een chatbericht sturen, bellen of een e-mail zenden. Verder kunt u de geselecteerde contactpersoon aan uw startscherm toevoegen door op de "home"-button te klikken.

De Voicemail App biedt toegang tot de voicemail box. Alle spraakberichten staan de gebruiker transparant ter beschikkking en kunnen in een individuele volgorde afgespeeld worden.

De Working Manager App biedt personeelsmanagers en HR een overzicht van de werktijden van alle gebruikers. Bedrijfsspecifieke regels, deeltijdmodellen alsook verlofaanvragen kunnen individueel en altijd voor elke gebruiker worden aangepast.

De Working User App stelt medewerkers in staat om hun werktijden, pauzes en verlofaanvragen eenvoudig te registreren. Alle gewerkte uren per dag, week en maand, alsook een overzicht van de geplande en werkelijke werktijden, worden duidelijk weergegeven en fraudebestendig gedocumenteerd.

De Provisioning App for Yealink maakt de eenvoudige en snelle integratie van Yealink-eindtoestellen in een bestaande innovaphone PBX mogelijk. Voor de oprichting (Provisioning) van desbetreffende eindtoestellen is slechts het MAC-adres van het apparaat nodig. De geprovisioneerde Yealink-telefoons kunnen daarna via de Devices App beheerd worden. Deze app is een representatief voorbeeld voor de integratie van andere IP-telefoonaanbieders.
