The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.

The Call List App provides call history lists of inbound and outbound calls, including group calls and missed calls. Call details, presence status and contact options such as initiating a call, sending a chat and callback request facilitate follow-ups and communication.

The Callback Manager app adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. A large number of objects can be monitored and missed calls can be recorded in a list for processing. Daily call statistics are also generated.Since it is a service license, no user license is required. Therefore, any number of users can be authorized to the callback list and use it.

Callback2 is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myApps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. If you want, you could use the app to do some call notice instead of callbacks.Callback2 is the successor of the Callback App, with Team functionality. Admins can use the Conference App to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms. Users enter these virtual meeting rooms to join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon per myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.

The Connect App is the social intranet for digital collaboration across the entire company. Share and find information quickly, participate in discussions, send chat messages, receive updates on relevant topics – all in one application. AI support ensures smart and easy communication.

Use the DynamicTeams from aurenz to turn normal hunt groups into flexible service teams in which the agents can log in and out independently as required. The presence status of the agents is displayed on a team basis. A group-related call journal with callback status allows lost calls to be followed up in a targeted manner.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

With emailOK, you can quickly and reliably check emails, text messages or WhatsApp messages for authenticity. Simply paste the message text into the window, click on “Analyze” and read the result in traffic light colors. This allows you to recognize risks and phishing attempts immediately and keep your communication secure.

The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.

Send and receive faxes as PDF directly via myApps conveniently organized by sender and recipient. You also have the option to send faxes from your inbox, thanks to Fax-to-Mail and Mail-to-Fax functions.

Files can easily be stored and organized with the Files app. These files can further be assigned individually and announcements to waiting queues can also be managed here.

comteloGROUPS brings structure to your call groups. If you want to work together efficiently, this app has many advantages. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, waiting ques are clearly summarized and provide information on the status of the groups and their participants. Which participants can currently be reached in my group? Who is available or has an appointment right now? Are there static participants in my group who are permanently assigned to it and therefore always accept calls? These are just a few examples that the comteloGROUPS app makes visible. This app enables queries to look for contacts within a directory (LDAP directory). Search results are conveniently displayed within the Phone App and the Softphone App.

Another tool for diagnostic analysis is the Logging app. Administrators can use this app to view information on the installation in real-time.

myPhoneKeys enables full access to desk phones for remote support and administrative tasks. Configure and manage function keys, call forwarding, muting of the ringtone and more functions via this app. Compatible with commonly used innovaphone desk phones.

Use the Notes App for short texts and notes to help as reminders. Notes can be created, edited and deleted. It is further possible to select different colors for the various notes.

All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app.The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. With our completely open and expandable platform architecture of myApps, we enable the development of provisioning apps for end devices from almost any manufacturer.

Queue Board is an easy way to improve the quality of your corporate communication by using this app to get an overview (live and the supervisor also historical) of the waiting time and the number of callers. You can see how many callers and after how long these callers gave up the wait. Give each individual team member (call agent) and the supervisor an easy way for all team members to log in or out of the group. If you want to keep an eye on several waiting queues at the same time, simply open the desired waiting queues next to each other on the supervisor monitor or visible to the team on a larger display. The information can just as well be viewed mobile on a smartphone. In addition, the following can be configured in the app: wrap-up time, how active agents are counted, alarm thresholds and the resetting of values. A supervisor can also be a call agent at the same time.

Record calls and store them centrally with Recordings. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the app, with easy playback options provided. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.

This service enables remote access to a computer. It can further be used as a software collaboration tool between two or more users (multi-viewer) within or outside of a company – irrespective of whether they use myApps or not.

The Reports App provides detailed information on call volume to optimize the planning of capacities and availability. Filters (e.g. by time, duration, department) enable evaluations on accepted, missed and rejected calls. The results can be exported.

Room manager is an application that allows you to manage the check-in and check-out of hotel clients. It also allows you to manage the control of the cleaning status of the rooms. The main functions of the room manager are the following: room management, registration of clients in the room, check-in and check-out, filter of available rooms, filter of clean rooms. The room cleaning control can be managed from the app and also allows you to change the status by using a combination of keys on the room telephone. With an intuitive interface, it allows the hotel reception to have complete control of the status of the rooms. The conference rooms can either be created via the public free Jitsi server (https://meet.jit.si) or via one's own.An extension with additional functionalities is in preparation.Important: The trizwo Jitsi app is currently only functional in the browser environment. It is expected that it will also be usable in the launcher from innovaphone version v13r3.Jitsi Meet in comparison with and without trizwo Jitsi AppJitsi Meet, the original Jitsi software, conceptually provides purely dynamic rooms for video conferences, which are accessible via an individual web URL link. This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. Users can be selected and attached to the own home screen. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted.

The Voicemail App manages the access to the voicemail inbox. All voicemails are available to the user in an organized fashion and voice messages can be played back in any sequence.

The Working Manager App provides an overview of working time information from all users to personnel managers and HR. Legal regulations and company-specific rules such as part time models as well as holiday leave can be adjusted individually for each user, also at a later point.

The Working User App enables employees to easily record their working times, break times and vacation requests. All hours worked per day, week and month as well as an overview of the target working times and the actual working times is conveniently displayed and documented in a tamper-proof way.

Yealink end devices can easily be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX with this app. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices App.
