The Assistant App integrates artificial intelligence directly into myApps. Interfaces to other app services (Call List, Contacts, Softphone, Search) enable quick access to all information within myApps. This makes your work even more productive.

Calculator

The Calculator App is your personal calculator for your digital workplace. Use the app for simple calculations such as additions, subtractions, divisions, multiplications as well as trigonometric functions and more.

Charts

The Charts App displays locally stored data from various apps in well-structured and configurable diagrams. These diagrams can be saved, shared with groups, and accessed at a later date. The Statistics API is required to retrieve such locally stored data.

Boost your team communication with the interactive platform for digital collaboration. Share information in posts, start discussions and say hello to modern corporate communications.

Connector for kuando®

Synchronize your myApps phone status with other 3rd party telephony & conferencing apps (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex). You further have the option to use the kuando® Busylight to visually indicate your status at the office.

Connector for Microsoft 365

The innovaphone myApps Connector for Microsoft 365 synchronizes the Teams presence / call status with the innovaphone PBX in real-time - no complicated installation via the myApps platform for each user required.

Contact Widgets

Create easy contact options for your website visitors. Web admins can use the Widgets App to create, manage and delete contact widgets for the business website. Adjustable design elements help match the widget to the corporate design.

Contacts

The Contacts App is a company directory. Use the search field to look for contact information. You can enter a name, company name or telephone number. Detailed information will conveniently be displayed.

Notes

Use the Notes App to create, edit and delete short notes and memos.You can enter a title and text, and select different colors for better management of your digital notes.

Profile

Individually configure your own user account with profile picture, e-mail address, password, username. Set call diversions, add other devices to your profile and join or leave groups.

Projects

The ideal solution for agile project management: From the planning phase to implementation and documentation, as well as prioritization and definition of tasks.

Queue Board

Manage waiting queues of your business efficiently and respond dynamically to high call volume. Use the Queue Board App to improve the quality of your corporate communication and get an overview of the waiting time and the number of caller.

Recordings

Record inbound and outbound phone calls, where necessary or legally binding. Users can either record fragments of a call, or entire phone calls.

Remote Control

The Remote Control App enables remote access to a computer. The app is a great tool for IT departments to provide remote support. It can further be used as a collaboration tool.

Reports

The Reports App provides valuable information and analytic insight based on individual queries and evaluations to plan capacities and resources according to peak times.

Search

The Search App performs a full-text search with all search providers to which the user has access. The results are displayed in one single location.

STT

Transcribe and translate audio material of conferences and calls into text format. A connection to IBM Watson® is required.

Time Switch

Easily set up schedules for after-hours calls with respective call forwarding. Use this app to determine when calls are to be transferred to specified destinations such as a different phone number or voicemail.

Translations

Written content can be translated in all apps supporting this function. Translations is a client-side API which can be used by any app and any service within myApps.

Tutorials

The Tutorials App provides all myApps tutorial videos or own video tutorials and other content in one single interface. The app uses a freely configurable URL to embed the desired content.

Users

The Users App shows all the users registered at the PBX of a company. Use this app to look for other users and to establish contact.

Working

The Working App provides a tool to digitally record working times in a legally compliant manner. The actual hours worked and the target working hours are conveniently displayed.
