Partner app licenses license partner apps on the communication platform myApps. Many innovaphone apps and partner apps either do not require a license, or require a (feature) license. Following app listed on this website requires a (feature) license.

Call Manager

Der Entwickler der Partner App "Call Manager" ist MediaRunway GmbH & Co. KG.

Call Manager bietet eine Kommentarfunktion zu Telefonaten (oft auch als Journaling bezeichnet) und eine Suche für den Anrufverlauf. Der Anrufverlauf kann je nach Gruppenberechtigung auch Einträge von anderen Gruppenmitgliedern anzeigen. Zudem können komfortabel Rückrufnotizen und Kontakte in Favoritengruppen organisiert werden. Für den Anrufverlauf und das Journaling wird die Analytics App lizensiert vorausgesetzt.

 

Lizenzierung

Die Lizenzierung erfolgt pro Benutzer mit beliebig vielen Geräten.


Besonderheiten

  • Es handelt sich um eine User-Lizenz. Diese Lizenz wird abgebucht, wenn die Funktion an einem User in der PBX konfiguriert ist - unabhängig von der Verwendung.
  • Für den Anrufverlauf und das Journaling wird die Analytics App lizensiert vorausgesetzt.
  • Die Callmanager App-Lizenz-Version muss größer bzw. gleich der betriebenen PBX-Software-Version und App-Software-Version sein
