Partner app licenses license partner apps on the communication platform myApps. Many innovaphone apps and partner apps either do not require a license, or require a (feature) license. Following app listed on this website requires a (feature) license.

Call Manager

MediaRunway GmbH & Co. KG is the developer of the partner app Call Manager. Call Manager offers a comment feature for phone calls (journaling), and a search function for the call history. Depending on group permissions, the call history may also display entries from other group members. Callback notes and contacts can also be conveniently organized into favorite groups. The Analytics App is required for the call history and journaling features.

Licensing

One license per user with any number of end devices.


Specifics

  • This license is user-based. 

  • This license is debited if the function is configured for a user on the PBX – irrespective of the usage.

  • A licensed Analytics App is required for call history and journaling.

  • The Call Manager App license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version & app software version being used.
