Partner app licenses license partner apps on the communication platform myApps. Many innovaphone apps and partner apps either do not require a license, or require a (feature) license. Following app listed on this website requires a (feature) license.

trizwo Support

trizwo IT & Communications GmbH is the developer of the partner app trizwo Support. The app is designed to simplify support cases. The homepage can be edited using an integrated editor.

Licensing

One license per user with any number of end devices.

A license is solely required for the admin part of the app. The user version does not require a license.


Specifics

  • This license is user-based.
  • This license is debited if the function is configured for a user on the PBX – irrespective of the usage.
  • The user version of the app does not require a license.
  • The admin version of the license requires a license. The admin version includes all functions of the user version.
  • The trizwo Support Admin App license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version & app software version being used.
