XQv Recording

XQTING is the developer of the partner app XQv Recording.

This app is a recording solution for inbound and outbound calls. Users, supervisors and administrators benefit from the user-friendly, comprehensive interface with its intuitive operation and centralized management—for greater efficiency and transparency in your company.

 

Licensing

One license per user who has activated the call recording.

One license per supervisor who uses the user interface (to look for, listen to, and download recordings).

One (free) license per systems administrator.


Specifics

 

  • This license is user-based. This license is debited if the function is configured for a user on the PBX – irrespective of the usage.
     
  • The XQv Recording App license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version & app software version being used.
