With the Gigaset DeskPhone App, it is possible to zero-touch-provision Gigaset DeskPhones of the P-Series. Additionally, the phonebook and the keys can be mirrored onto the DeskPhones. In addition to the favourites, the function keys (Partner, SpeedDial, Boolean) can be configured. The order of these keys and their position on the deskphone can be customised for each device, just as settings for the headset, language and much more can be adjusted.Furthermore, the local innovaphone directory as well as the ability to customize and control call forwarding, groups, presence, working and Boolean objects are provided as a PBX menu.

The Gigaset Provisioning App enables automatic IPUI provisioning of Gigaset DECT devices on the Gigaset Nx70 IP DECT, allowing devices to be added or removed remotely. It also allows the configuration of the phonebook, with up to three phonebooks available simultaneously. Contacts, innoavphone LDAP and a custom LDAP directory set up manually.
