UCC License

If you prefer to keep things simple and want to benefit from the full range of the innovaphone UCC solution, we recommend the UCC license. This license includes a variety of pre-selected app licenses, and is available at a particularly attractive price. The UCC license will replace the previous UC license.

The UCC license includes following components:

Phone App, Softphone App, Video incl. screen sharing / application sharing, Voicemail, Mobility, Fax, Chat Premium, Connect, Conference App, Assistant App (incl. AI integration), Documents and Conference Transcriptions. Please note that an additional Port license is required for the Conference Transcriptions Service.

Specifics

  • The innovaphone UCC license is a complete license: It is not possible to distribute individual parts to different users or installations.
  • This license is user-based. This license is debited if the function is configured for a user – irrespective of the usage.
  • The UCC license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version being used (License Version).
  • The UCC license can be used from V16 onwards and can be imported into older systems (from V13r3 onwards). The UCC license can then be used within the scope of the previous UC license.
  • Please note: The SMB UCC licenses can only be used with the respective quantity range of the SMB Port licenses.

Upgrade Softphone to UCC License 

To ensure a seamless transition from traditional telephony to UCC, our existing customers can upgrade from the Softphone license to the UCC license.

  • Also valid for the transition from myPBX to UCC.
