Our all-new prototypes of our IP17x series for maritime intercoms were met with a lot of interest. Whether oil rig, wind turbines, ferries, cruise ships, fisher boats or floating hospitals, all these scenarios require high-availability communication solutions that meet the very unique challenges of the maritime sector.
There is so much more to offer than just telephony: Chat, video conferences, wireless, alarm systems, hotel applications – all these tools are provided by collaborative, future-ready communication platforms. The specific requirements for on-board communication are as varied as the areas of use. Richard: “Absolutely! Our participation two years ago, it was more of a getting to know each other. This year, specific possibilities for future collaboration were formed. We showcased our solution as a modern alternative for communication on high seas to an international audience of experts.”
Alex: “We are very happy with the outcome of the exhibition and consider the established contacts as an important step to our development and expansion in the maritime sector. Alex: "Our main objective was to present or new series of intercom devices. These are the last missing element for a fully equipped, secure and modern communication infrastructure on board of ships. We also want to push digitization in the maritime industry: On the one hand, we integrate existing applications from technology partners onto our platform and, on the other, we develop new solutions for communication on the high seas."
