Take Part in the Update Training

The V13 Update training is designed as a three-day online training. Contents of the training are essential innovations of V13 such as the myApps client, the innovaphone PBX and App Platform, various apps and the Install. The training is in form of an online course where the participants will work with their own equipment in a virtual environment with online documentation and ready lessons with trainer chats, forums and webinars.

The contents of the Update Training correspond to the contents of the V13 entry level training iT Connect and focus on the configuration interface V13 and the functionality of the App Platform.

Further information on topics such as migration paths and troubleshooting will be made available on the commonly used innovaphone information platforms at a later date.

Course Type

Online – You will require specific innovaphone training hardware in order to participate in the training.

Duration

Three days full-time.

Target Group and Certification Levels

Only innovaphone technicians with following prerequisites will be admitted to the training:

• Pre-qualification Basic Training V11 to V12 or iCE V9 to V11:
  After successful completion of the update training, the participant will be certified as innovaphone Technician Connect (iT Connect).
• Pre-qualification iCE V12:
  After successful completion of the update training, the participant will be certified as innovaphone Technician Advanced (iT Advanced).

Language

The courses are open to participants that speak German and English. The entire training material is in English. Communication between participants and trainer (e.g. via messaging, e-mail, forum, webinar) will take place according to the preference of the participant either in German or English.

Requirements

• Pre-qualification innovaphone technician training as described
• Installed innovaphone training hardware
• Unlimited internet access (no blocked ports, no Web Proxy, activated PPTP)
• Telephone at the workplace
• A laptop with Windows* operating system, a browser that is up-to-date (FF, Chrome; please no Internet Explorer!), e-mail and admin rights

* Some tools used during the course will work only with Windows 10. It is thus mandatory to use a Windows 10 based laptop!

Registration Deadline

One calendar week before the training begins. Should not at least four participants have registered at this point, the training will be cancelled.

Costs / Cancellation Conditions

400 EUR plus VAT

The cancellation conditions are as follows: in case of withdrawing from a training two weeks or less before the start date of a training, the entire training fees will apply. If withdrawal of the training is prior, innovaphone will charge a processing fee of 75.00 EUR.

Examination

The training concludes with a final exam. Successful participation of the training requires the passing of this final exam and will be the prerequisite of the participation in the advanced trainings.
