Edit Working Hours
The Working Manager App now allows you to determine whether employees can edit their recorded working hours themselves. If this editing option is restricted, employees can only start and stop time tracking. Managers or HR managers are in charge of making corrections. All manual changes are documented in a change history.
Automatic Break Deduction
Automatic break deduction can now be enabled for each employee. Legally required breaks are then automatically deducted from the recorded working hours – particularly convenient for employees who clock in in the morning and clock out in the evening.
Export Working Hours
Working hours can now be exported for individual employees and a selected year.
Work Type
Working hours can be assigned a work type (e.g. office, business trip) when starting time tracking. A work type can also be added later on. The user interface has been revised, and the default type “Work” is preselected.
Onboarding Tours
Onboarding tours are now integrated into the app and can be accessed via the menu.

Yes, you can. The Working App can be used without an operating innovaphone PBX. In order to run the app, the myApps platform is required. This means that you can use the app with any telephone system. Charges only apply to the Working App license.
Warnings and notifications have been optimized to fit German legislation. However, the Working app can also be used as a tool to digitally record working hours outside of Germany. Especially within Europe, the member states are required to adhere to directives on working times issued by the European Parliament. Therefore, European countries show great similarities concerning the regulations on working times. It is further possible to adjust the settings within the Working app (e.g. minimum break time).
All you need is one Working App license per user (no additional licenses - e.g. Port license - required). There are no further costs.
