Callback Manager

effexx its GmbH is the developer of the partner app Callback Manager. The Callback Manager app adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. A large number of objects can be monitored and missed calls can be recorded in a list for processing. Daily call statistics are also generated.

 

Licensing

This license is a service license. One service license required per callback list irrespective of the number of users. Several waiting queues can be summarized per callback list. Each additional callback list requires an extra service license as well as an additional app instance.
