anyContact innoACD

SNcom GmbH is the developer of the partner app anyContact innoACD. This app offers a standalone call/contact center solution for intelligent call processing on the innovaphone App Platform.

In contrast to the standard built-in queue-based solutions, innoACD relies on intelligent skill-based routing: incoming calls are not simply distributed in the order they arrive or via call groups, but instead based on the specific skills of available agents. This ensures an optimized service experience for the caller.

Specifics

  • The anyContact innoACD platform relies on a flexible and resource-saving licensing model based on concurrent user licences. Unlike named user licences, which require a fixed licence for each agent regardless of usage, concurrent licensing allows for dynamic allocation of licences based on actual usage. Installing or opening the app does not consume a licence.
  • This license is debited once a user registers for at least one queue in the app.
