Partner app licenses license partner apps on the communication platform myApps. Many innovaphone apps and partner apps either do not require a license, or require a (feature) license. Following app listed on this website requires a (feature) license.

trizwo WQ Status

trizwo IT & Communications GmbH is the developer of the partner app trizwo WQ Status. The trizwo WQ Status App displays a simple status overview of calls in a waiting queue within the app. In addition, the phone number or the name resolved by the PBX as well as the time the call has been on hold is displayed for each call.

The trizwo WQ Status App collects the number of calls as well as their standby time and displays them in an overseeable waiting queue. Therefore, a detailed list of the duration of the sequence of call events is generated. If desired, the measured values are made available for retrieval by Prometheus via the app’s internal web server. This enables visualization options (as in our monitoring solution with Grafana) and alarm functions to be implemented.

Licensing

One license per user.


Specifics 

  • This license is user-based. This license is debited if the function is configured for a user on the PBX – irrespective of the usage.
  • For the user version of the app, an App(trizwo-wqstatus) license is required.
  • To use the admin version, an App(trizwo-wqstatusadmin) license is required.
  • The admin version includes all functions of the user version.
  • The trizwo WQ Status App license version must be greater than or the same as the PBX software version & app software version being used.
