Communication & Status History in Connect
- Private discussions are created automatically in Connect – involved in the discussion: Applicant, department manager, and HR.
- Status changes such as "approved", "rejected" or "cancelled" are automatically posted as a response in the generated Connect discussion.
- Questions & documents right in the discussion – participants can ask questions, create polls or attach documents, all within Connect.
- Flexibly manage participants: The admin can configure HR and management groups at any time.

App Users are Quickly Created
- If employees are already registered to the innovaphone PBX, the IT admin can easily provide them with the required Working app license to digitally record their own working times directly via the app
- Employees using the Working app are automatically added to the Working Manager view for the HR department or the responsible manager
- Default working times are entered for each employee - these can be adjusted flexibly any time according to the contractual agreement
- Assign different working rights for groups (e.g. working on Sundays & bank holidays)

Listing of Deviations from Legal Stipulations
- Working times which violate working time regulations are displayed in a separate list below the tab "to check"
- Time accounts of individual employees can be managed and corrected
- HR can check at one glance which regulations have been violated to get in touch with the respective employee
- If there are deviations, an e-mail notification for the employee is quickly triggered via the app
