Do people still send faxes these days, or are they entirely a thing of the past? Typically, most of us probably use our e-mail accounts to send and receive documents. However, faxes are still commonly used to this day, also because they are accepted as a legally valid form of written documentation, for example at court.

Use the innovaphone Fax app to quickly send and receive faxes directly via the communications client myApps. No fax server or additional software is required.

What does the Fax App Offer?

Use the Fax app to send PDF documents as faxes and to receive faxes as PDF documents. The documents are sorted according to sender and recipient. You can use the search field to determine a recipient within the directory.

Receive fax documents in your personal e-mail account with the Fax2Mail function. Users will be able to quickly process or forward the documents.

The Fax2Mail function can easily be activated within the menu of the Fax app. Available e-mail addresses for the user are configured in the PBX. Once a fax has been sent successfully, a report on the sent fax will be created in PDF via e-mail. An error notification will inform the user if a fax could not be delivered successfully.
