The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.

Analytics is the simple, comprehensive and visualized way of evaluating calls to reduce unanswered calls and optimize your business processes. You can easily keep track of a lot of data, mobile on a smartphone or on your pc monitor or a big screen for everyone.

In Bosbec, you can build integrations and automations in a low code environment connected to innovaphone's PBX. Examples could be to create: Sms app ACD groups can chat with users via SMS. Create the possibility to create bookings of video meetings via the web for external parties. Integration with external services, for example retrieving groups (eg from Azure AD) or logging phone calls in a CRM.

The Assistant App integrates artificial intelligence directly into myApps. Interfaces to the apps Call List, Contacts, Softphone and Search enable quick access to all information within myApps. This makes your work even more productive.

Your own calculator in app format: Use it for simple calculations as well as advanced trigonometric functions, angle measures and more. Previous calculations are saved in the history for later reference.

Camera allows an employee to easily access the MJPEG video image from one or more IP cameras. We welcome suggestions for future versions of this app.

Admins can use the Conference App to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms. Users enter these virtual meeting rooms to join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon per myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.

Website visitors use contact widgets to reach dedicated agents via chat, e-mail or (video) call. The Contact Widgets App allows for easy integration of contact widgets. Adjustable design elements help match the widget to the corporate design.

Contacts is the company's internal company directory for all contact information for calling, chatting or e-mailing. All data is well-organized in one app and conveniently displayed when looking for information.

Contacts Manager can keep the address data of the innovaphone Contacts App regularly synchronized with one or more external data sources.

All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app.

The Diversion app allows users to set different callforwardings depending on internal or external callers.

Doorbell displays a high-resolution image of the corresponding video doorbell in myApps even before the call is answered and enables direct door opening by means of a displayed button, instead of overburdening the user with poor image quality and key combinations that have to be remembered for such an actually simple process.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

ESENTA I Door communication THINKING AHEAD! A wide range of options, simple operation, central configuration of doorbell plates. Uncomplicated voice and video via WebRTC as an alternative to SIP.

The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.

Files can easily be stored and organized with the Files app. These files can further be assigned individually and announcements to waiting queues can also be managed here.

With the Gigaset DeskPhone App, it is possible to provision Gigaset DeskPhones of the P-Series.  Additionally, the phonebook and the keys can be mirrored onto the DeskPhones.  Furthermore, the local Innovaphone directory, as well as the ability to customize and control call forwarding, groups, presence, and working app, are provided as a PBX menu.

Hotdesk allows an easy change of telephones when you change your workplace. This can be done by one click in the windows myApps Client. iFrame is an application that allows you to centrally and easily manage access to a company's corporate application website which is iframe compatible for example ERP, CRM or other information systems and you could decide to add the user SIP ID or an user individual string to the configured url.

Another tool for diagnostic analysis is the Logging app. Administrators can use this app to view information on the installation in real-time.

myPhoneKeys enables full access to desk phones for remote support and administrative tasks. Configure and manage function keys, call forwarding, muting of the ringtone and more functions via this app. Compatible with commonly used innovaphone desk phones.

Use the Notes App for short texts and notes to help as reminders. Notes can be created, edited and deleted. It is further possible to select different colors for the various notes.

The PBX-Designer for innovaphone is a PBX management application that provides an easy and graphical user interface, without the need to use the innovaphone PBX-Manager app. Currently, the PBX-Designer app enables to manage: - Fax server settings- Group Fax- Voicemail settings- Group voicemail- Clip no screening- Audio files (Upload and convert, record via the website, play and download) - Define pickup groups and program function keys - Define executive users and coworkers and program function keys - Mananage time switches more easily - Configure Exchange sync - Configure your waiting music - Call Flow Designer   The integrated Call Flow Designer allows the user to graphically design call flows. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app.The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. With our completely open and expandable platform architecture of myApps, we enable the development of provisioning apps for end devices from almost any manufacturer.

Record calls and store them centrally with Recordings. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the app, with easy playback options provided. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.

This service enables remote access to a computer. It can further be used as a software collaboration tool between two or more users (multi-viewer) within or outside of a company – irrespective of whether they use myApps or not.

The Reports App provides detailed information on call volume to optimize the planning of capacities and availability. Filters (e.g. by time, duration, department) enable evaluations on accepted, missed and rejected calls. The results can be exported.

The Search App performs a full-text search with all search providers to which the user has access. The results are displayed in one single location.

The Working Manager App provides an overview of working time information from all users to personnel managers and HR. Legal regulations and company-specific rules such as part time models as well as holiday leave can be adjusted individually for each user, also at a later point.

The Working User App enables employees to easily record their working times, break times and vacation requests. All hours worked per day, week and month as well as an overview of the target working times and the actual working times is conveniently displayed and documented in a tamper-proof way.

Yealink end devices can easily be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX with this app. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices App.
