With innovaphone myApps, the collaborative work and communication solution for businesses of all sizes, a variety of functions is already included, without additional cost. These functions are: Telephony, video calling, presence status, chat messaging, remote call control (RCC), admin options, Office and mobile integration as well as screen sharing / application sharing.
Following apps are already included with the innovaphone PBX: Phone app, Softphone app, Chat app, RCC app and PBX Manager app. There is no need to download these apps separately from the innovaphone App Store.
Analytics is the simple, comprehensive and visualized way of evaluating calls to reduce unanswered calls and optimize your business processes. An app for admins to manage the app platform and to install / uninstall apps.
You can use the Calculator App for simple calculations such as additions, subtractions, divisions or multiplications and much more. Entries can be made via smartphone, mouse click or via keyboard. Trigonometric functions as well as angle measures and calculations with various number systems are additional functions of the app.
The Call List app lists every single incoming and outbound phone call (also group calls). Missed calls are indicated via an icon on the call history list. Detailed information can be accurately traced.
The Callback Manager App adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. A large number of objects can be monitored and missed calls can be recorded in a list for processing. Daily call statistics are also generated.Since it is a service license, no user license is required. Therefore, any number of users can be authorized to the callback list and use it.
Camera allows an employee to easily access the MJPEG video image from one or more IP cameras. What does the Conference App Offer? Admins can use the Conference app to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms via the user-friendly myApps interface. Users will enter virtual meeting rooms and join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon for each myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.
Conveniently share information with others, participate in discussions, coordinate tasks with your colleagues - across project teams, departments and within the entire company.
The Connector for kuando® provides visibility of the user’s presence status and availability. For one, through status synchronization between myApps and other 3rd party apps for telephony or conferencing (such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex). Optionally, the kuando® Busylight visually indicates the respective status with colored LED lights.
This app allows admins to supply all innovaphone gateways with valid SSL certificates. They are automatically requested from the provider Let’s Encrypt, generated and subsequently installed on the local devices. Devices always have a globally valid SSL certificate which can be communicated via https.
Web admins can use the Widgets App to create, manage and delete contact widgets for the business website. Contact widgets provide an easy way for website visitors to get in touch with the defined agents (via phone / video call, chat, e-mail). Adjustable design elements help match the widget to the corporate design.
The Contacts app is a company directory. Users can look for contact information via the search field. This may be done by entering name, company name or telephone number. Detailed information will be displayed with one single click.
All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app.
The Diversion app allows users to set different destinations for callforwarding. depending on internal or external callers.
Doorbell displays a high-resolution image of the corresponding video doorbell in myApps even before the call is answered and enables direct door opening by means of a displayed button, instead of overburdening the user with poor image quality and key combinations that have to be remembered for such an actually simple process.Licensing: One license per user with any number of devices. With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.
With the Gigaset Provisioning App it is possible to automatically add and remove DECT devices via IPUI provisioning on the Gigaset Nx70 IP DECT. In addition, the LDAP configuration can be provisioned.
comteloGROUPS brings structure to your call groups. If you want to work together efficiently, this app has many advantages. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, waiting ques are clearly summarized and provide information on the status of the groups and their participants. Which participants can currently be reached in my group? Who is available or has an appointment right now? Are there static participants in my group who are permanently assigned to it and therefore always accept calls? These are just a few examples that the comteloGROUPS app makes visible. iFrame is an application that allows you to centrally and easily manage access to a company's corporate application website which is iframe compatible for example ERP, CRM or other information systems and you could decide to add the user SIP ID or an user individual string to the configured url. With the myPhoneKeys app, any registered innovaphone desk phone (IP11x, IP10x, IP2x2, IP1x0) can be operated and configured remotely. It is possible to configure function keys, activate or deactivate call forwarding, mute the ringtone and more.
Use the Notes App for short texts and notes to help as reminders. Notes can be created, edited and deleted. It is further possible to select different colors for the various notes.
The administrator configures the innovaphone PBX for the installation with the PBX Manager app. Waiting queues, Reverse Proxy, DECT systems and much more can be set up and managed with the PBX Manager.
The PBX-Designer for innovaphone is a PBX management application that provides an easy and graphical user interface, without the need to use the innovaphone PBX-Manager app. Currently, the PBX-Designer app enables to manage: - Fax server settings- Group Fax- Voicemail settings- Group voicemail- Clip no screening- Audio files (Upload and convert, record via the website, play and download) - Define pickup groups and program function keys - Define executive users and coworkers and program function keys - Mananage time switches more easily - Configure Exchange sync - Configure your waiting music - Call Flow Designer The integrated Call Flow Designer allows the user to graphically design call flows. Individual flows can be created and each step can be annotated. The complex nesting and integration of announcements, DTMF functions, agents, call forwarding or timers are available in a simplified way as well as the integration of a voicemail box. However, a reference to further flows is possible.

Phone Control allows the user to mute his phone in homeoffice while beeing in the office and vice versa. Presence Favorites allows the creation of personal Presence Favorites. You can set the presence status color, the text and a time for how long this presence status should remain set before switching back to green/present. This way you can prevent forgetting to adjust the presence status after e.g. a fixed lunch break time.
The Profile app allows the user to individually configure the own user account (profile picture, e-mail address, password, username). The user can further set up Mobility and call diversions with the Profile app, in addition to joining or leaving groups and adding other devices.
With the Provisioning DECT app for Yealink, Yealink DECT devices can easily and quickly be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app.The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. With our completely open and expandable platform architecture of myApps, we enable the development of provisioning apps for end devices from almost any manufacturer.
All calls can be recorded with a Recordings license. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the Recordings app. The recordings can be played back within the app. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.
The Reports app can be used to display telephony enquiries by using individually configurable filters. Reports can further be created according to specific times or time periods. Continuous analysis of successfully answered, lost or rejected phone calls provides valuable information on issues and challenges of telephony behavior within a company. The reports can be exported in different file formats and processed accordingly.
The Search App performs a full-text search with all search providers to which the user has access. The results are displayed in one single location.
The Sendnumber app allows users to choose which phone number they want to use to make outgoing calls. All extensions of existing waiting queue objects are automatically available for configuration.
Share allows you to exchange files that are too large for email! There are also many other good reasons to share files better with this share app. Encrypted, password-protected and limitable file transfer via your OWN system.During Beta Phase (until 29.02.2024) the app can be used for free.
Transcribe and translate audio material of conferences and calls into text format. A connection to IBM Watson® is required. Please note: The STT App is an app for demo purposes.
The block list allows incoming (unwanted) calls to be rejected or forwarded to an individually definable destination simply via a graphical user interface.

The trizwo WQ Status app displays a simple status overview of calls in a waiting queue within the app. Users of the app see an overview of the number of calls on hold on a well-structured status screen. In addition, the phone number or the name resolved by the PBX as well as the time the call has been on hold is displayed for each call.The trizwo WQ Status App collects the number of calls as well as their standby time and displays them in an overseeable waiting queue.Therefore, a detailed list of the duration of the sequence of call events is generated. This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. It is further possible to attach the selected user to the own home screen by clicking onto the home button next to the username. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted accordingly.

The Working Manager app is an app for HR departments. It provides an overview of the work time information of all users. Settings such as the weekly working hours or the amount of work days per week can be configured individually for each user.
The Working User App enables employees to digitally record their working times. All hours worked per day / week / month as well as an overview of the actual working hours and the target working hours are conveniently displayed.
