The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.

The Assistant App integrates artificial intelligence directly into myApps. Interfaces to the apps Call List, Contacts, Softphone and Search enable quick access to all information within myApps. This makes your work even more productive.

Your own calculator in app format: Use it for simple calculations as well as advanced trigonometric functions, angle measures and more. Previous calculations are saved in the history for later reference.

The Call List App provides call history lists of inbound and outbound calls, including group calls and missed calls. Call details, presence status and contact options such as initiating a call, sending a chat and callback request facilitate follow-ups and communication.

Send private messages and group chats with texts, emojis and data files via the Chat App. The app provides a secure messenger solution and is compliant with all security & privacy guidelines. Calls can be started directly from the Chat App.

Admins can use the Conference App to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms. Users enter these virtual meeting rooms to join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon per myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.

The Connect App is a social intranet for digital collaboration across project teams, departments and the entire company. Share and find information quickly, participate in discussions and receive updates on all topics relevant to you.

The Connector for kuando® automatically synchronizes the presence status between myApps and other solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex. A kuando® Busylight can be purchased separately. This signals the current status via LED at the workstation.

Connector for Let

This app allows admins to supply all innovaphone gateways with valid SSL certificates. They are automatically requested from the provider Let’s Encrypt, generated and subsequently installed on the local devices. Devices always have a globally valid SSL certificate.

The Connector for Microsoft 365 synchronizes the presence and call status between Microsoft Teams and the innovaphone PBX. The current status is displayed in myApps - for better availability and seamless communication at work.

Website visitors use contact widgets to reach dedicated agents via chat, e-mail or (video) call. The Contact Widgets App allows for easy integration of contact widgets. Adjustable design elements help match the widget to the corporate design.

Contacts is the company's internal company directory for all contact information for calling, chatting or e-mailing. All data is well-organized in one app and conveniently displayed when looking for information.

All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app.

The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.

Send and receive faxes as PDF directly via myApps conveniently organized by sender and recipient. You also have the option to send faxes from your inbox, thanks to Fax-to-Mail and Mail-to-Fax functions.

Files can easily be stored and organized with the Files app. These files can further be assigned individually and announcements to waiting queues can also be managed here.

This app enables queries to look for contacts within a directory (LDAP directory). Search results are conveniently displayed within the Phone App and the Softphone App.

Another tool for diagnostic analysis is the Logging app. Administrators can use this app to view information on the installation in real-time.

myPhoneKeys enables full access to desk phones for remote support and administrative tasks. Configure and manage function keys, call forwarding, muting of the ringtone and more functions via this app. Compatible with commonly used innovaphone desk phones.

Use the Notes App for short texts and notes to help as reminders. Notes can be created, edited and deleted. It is further possible to select different colors for the various notes.

Manage multiple devices via the user-friendly and intuitive interface of the Phone App. Use CTI and UCC features such as audio and video calls, integrated chat messaging and screen sharing.

Customize your own user account - from profile picture and email address to password and user name. Set up mobility and call forwarding in the Profile App, and add any number of devices to your account. For maximum flexibility and accessibility!

Projects is the ideal solution for agile project management, suitable for projects of any size, and across project teams. Project participants manage tasks, responsibilities and status information centrally in one place and thus maintain an overview at all times.

The RCC App (Remote Call Control App) is used to conveniently operate any end device and to make or accept phone calls on this end device via the myApps interface. With the RCC App, the user can always be reached at the own extension, regardless of what device is being used.

Record calls and store them centrally with Recordings. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the app, with easy playback options provided. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.

The Reports App provides detailed information on call volume to optimize the planning of capacities and availability. Filters (e.g. by time, duration, department) enable evaluations on accepted, missed and rejected calls. The results can be exported.

The Search App performs a full-text search with all search providers to which the user has access. The results are displayed in one single location.

Admins use the Settings App to configure the entire installation. The app provides a user-friendly way to quickly set up and centrally manage waiting queues, Reverse Proxy, DECT systems and other components.

Make & receive audio and video calls with the Softphone App via PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Use the in-call chat feature to send messages, and share your screen with other participants. No extra hardware required and ideal for mobile working!

Transcribe and translate audio material of conferences and calls into text format. A connection to IBM Watson® is required. Please note: The STT App is an app for demo purposes.

The Switchboard App is the modern switchboard workstation for the innovaphone PBX. Calls are quickly answered, managed and forwarded directly. Presence status, waiting queues and active calls are clearly displayed – for efficient call management.

The TechAssist App helps technicians with the implementation of systems that work without errors. The app supports tests to analyze static information and runtime information of a system. Problems and misconfigurations can be found and solved.

The Time Switch App offers the possibility to set up an automatic time control for any PBX function such as night switches or call diversions outside of business hours.

With this app service, written content can be translated in all apps supporting this function. Translations is a client-side API which can be used by any app and any service.

Get started straightaway with the Tutorials App. Access the entire collection of myApps video tutorials with the Tutorials App and learn more about versatile features and functions of the various apps.

This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. Users can be selected and attached to the own home screen. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted.

The Voicemail App manages the access to the voicemail inbox. All voicemails are available to the user in an organized fashion and voice messages can be played back in any sequence.

Train your brain and play a round of WordGuess every day. Select the length of the word ( 4 to 8 letters per word) and the language: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch. The app offers instructions and internal game statistics.

The Working Manager App is an app for HR departments. It provides an overview of the work time information of all users. Settings such as the weekly working hours or the amount of work days per week can be configured individually for each user.

The Working User App enables employees to digitally record their working times. All hours worked per day / week / month as well as an overview of the actual working hours and the target working hours are conveniently displayed.

Yealink end devices can easily be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX with this app. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices App.
