Phones ring during critical meetings while important clients wait for a callback because your team cannot check your status. These communication bottlenecks slow down daily operations, drain time and disrupt your workflow.
The innovaphone myApps presence feature solves this challenge immediately. Integrating data from sources such as phone systems or calendars improves transparency and enables intelligent call routing. These capabilities eliminate wasted call attempts, reduce workflow interruptions and boost both team productivity and service quality.

Presence integration merges information from telephony, calendars and UC systems directly inside myApps. Your presence status updates automatically. Check availability directly within the internal directory (Users App), the Softphone App, chat or your desktop phone. Colleague availability is visible before you even get in touch.
Cross-company federation extends the presence status beyond your own business. Teams can securely view the availability of external corporate partners and collaborate just as easily as with internal colleagues.

Presence integration manages incoming calls based on your status. Instead of adjusting call forwarding rules manually throughout the day, you set your preferences once for specific situations.
You determine the destination for incoming calls. During a meeting, the system routes calls to a colleague or the main reception desk. When you are away, calls go directly to voicemail. You can configure these rules individually and activate them as needed.
This automation saves time, prevents missed calls and ensures that every caller receives the best service.
Real-time presence information changes how teams communicate during the workday. Our blog post explores how accurate presence information impacts call attempts, response times and overall collaboration.
Various systems are supported, such as Microsoft 365 and Exchange, including Outlook and Teams. Popular collaboration tools such as Zoom or Webex are also integrated along with additional third-party applications. Presence information can further be shared securely with external partners through cross-company federation.
Yes. Through the integration with Microsoft 365 or Teams, myApps retrieves presence information such as “on the phone,” “in a meeting,” or “do not disturb.” This information is combined with data from other sources, such as phone calls and calendars, resulting in a unified presence status in myApps.
The status is automatically set by so-called presence sources, which provide real-time information from the connected systems. These include, for example, telephony (“On the phone” during an active call), calendar information from Microsoft 365/Exchange (“In a meeting”), or the status from Microsoft Teams and other integrated applications. These signals are consolidated in myApps and automatically processed into a unified presence status.
Yes. myApps can import presence status from Microsoft Teams via the Connector for Microsoft 365, as well as from other meeting platforms such as Zoom or Cisco Webex via the kuando® Hub. The status (e.g., “busy,” “do not disturb,” or “available”) is automatically synchronized. Optionally, a local Busylight can also visually display the current status.
