V16r1 – Beta 2 has been Released!

Our 2^nd Beta Version was released today – this is a great opportunity for you to join our test phase! Please visit our innovaphone Community to receive detailed information on the new features and instructions on hoe to participate in the test phase.

What to expect with Beta 2: 

• Charts App:
  
  The Charts App displays locally stored data from various apps in well-structured and configurable diagrams. These diagrams can be saved, shared with groups, and accessed at a later date. The Statistics API is required to retrieve such locally stored data.

  Following innovaphone apps are currently supported: App Platform Manager, Connect, Contact Widgets, Recordings.

Switchboard App: New Adjustable View of Waiting Queues

198236 - App Switchboard : Configurable call count in WQ-In calls section

Users can select whether they would like to have all waiting calls of a waiting queue displayed at once, or whether they would rather have a scrollbar to work with.

Chat App: Improved User Interface

200561 - Only Chat in Connect UI, if Connect is opened with Chat App

When clicking on the icon of the Chat App, only the chat tab is displayed (no longer all other areas within the Connect App).

IP Phones: New Option to Set the Microphone

200557 - Phone: new ’Preferences’ option: Connect Calls established via Remote Call Control with Microphone Switched Off

When using the RCC App / Phone App, it is possible to set whether the desk phone’s microphone should be automatically switched on or off when a call is answered.
