Günter & Partner ITK Solutions GmbH develops customized IT and communication solutions under the motto "Tailored Data Technology". The company is based in Detmold and Bielefeld, Germany. The new Working Hours Act, which requires comprehensive electronic time tracking starting in 2026, was the primary trigger for rolling out Working. Before the transition, time tracking at Günter & Partner relied entirely on manual paperwork. The approximately 20 employees recorded working hours, breaks, and project times on paper, while vacation requests were inconveniently submitted via email. Today, Working is used throughout the entire company. Employees can log their time flexibly from any location, whether at their office desk, from home, or on the go using smartphones and tablets. Mobile access is especially critical for the technical staff, who work on-site with customers nearly all the time.
