The Phone app is your intuitive and easy to use interface to operate your innovaphone IP phone. All typcial functions of classic IP telephony are included: Dial, hang up, put on hold, park, 3-party conference, toggle, connect, set call forwarding, pick-up etc.
The Phone app further enables you to operate DECT handsets or IP phones of other manufacturers. Users can make video calls and participate in video conferences with just about any IP capable end device.
With the Phone app, it only takes one click to start video calls with application sharing. Quickly share select contents of your own screen while you are talking on the phone. Users can further participate in virtual meetings with more than three people by dialling into a virtual conference room directly via the Phone app. It does not get much easier since there is no need to open a separate application (conference calls and video conferencing with innovaphone).
Send a chat message to individual users or to a group during a call. Use the search field to quickly look up contacts (internal & external). Add specific contacts to your favorites list and the indicated presence status of each user will quickly show you whether the person you would like to call is available. The Phone app further provides an integrated call list of all inbound, outbound and missed calls.
