The Company Directory for External Contacts

In your day-to-day business, you want to make sure that nobody wastes time with incomplete or outdated contact information of partners, customers and service providers. Having to look through the internet or desk drawers for contact details will only cause frustration and loses valuable time.

innovaphone provides the perfect solution: a company directory with external contact details accessible to all PBX users. Authorized users maintain all data or, alternatively, data in form of a CSV file from a CRM system is integrated. Every employee has access to this company directory, which is listed within the Contacts app.

What does the Contacts App Offer?

Users can look for contact information via the search field. This may be done by entering name, company name or telephone number.

Additional contact information such as address and position within the company is displayed with just one further click. The Contacts app (external contacts outside the company) as well as the Users app (internal contacts within the company) presents the user various options for establishing contact via mail, chat or phone call directly from the app. External contacts can be pinned to the home screen by clicking on the home button of the respective contact.
