There are colleagues that you are in touch with on a daily basis. Maybe you even already know their extension by heart. But what about the phone number of the new colleague that just recently started in the I department? And what was the lady’s full name in accounting?
The innovaphone Users app displays all registered users at the PBX. You can use the search field to look up individual entries of users and you can contact your colleagues via mail, chat or phone call directly from the Users app and without having to simultaneously open additional applications.

All users registered at the PBX of the company or organization are listed in the innovaphone Users app. You can use the search field and look for a user by entering either the display name or the username.
If you select a contact listed in the Users app, you can initiate a call directly from the Users app, send an instant message to this person or write an e-mail. You can further add the selected contact to your home screen by clicking on the home button on the right-hand side of the contact in the Users app.
In the privacy settings (to be found in the Profile app), users can edit the settings if they do not wish to be listed to others within the Users app.
