Is the innovaphone PBX the suitable telephone system for my business?

What is the difference between cloud and on-premises phone systems?

If you opt for an innovaphone cloud solution, the telephone system is hosted externally - in highly secure data centres within Europe. This reduces your administrative workload, as updates and maintenance are included. An on-premises phone system is operated in-house at your own business site, giving you maximum control over your data and infrastructure.

Is my current IT infrastructure compatible with the innovaphone PBX?

The innovaphone PBX has a modular design and supports various hardware platforms, virtual appliances and the integration of analog devices via adapters. It can be easily used in existing networks and with various different end devices (IP telephones, DECT, softphones).

How does the migration from an old phone system to a modern VoIP solution work?

The innovaphone PBX enables a smooth migration from existing systems such as ISDN to VoIP.
