TAIFUN uses its own in-house developed ERP software in the support department as well as in all other departments at the company’s three sites. The innovaphone PBX VoIP telephone system has a SOAP interface which offers almost unlimited possibilities for integration, in contrast to common interfaces such as TAPI and CAPI. Support enquiries are processed efficiently, and in a customer friendly manner using innovaphone Reporting and the innovaphone Operator, which accesses the innovaphone PBX queues.
