The goal of these new applications is to implement smart management tools to ensure that users have more time for the really important tasks and projects as well as increased room for creativity.

The innovaphone ecosystem began as a platform for UCC applications with the slogan “communicate.connect.collaborate.” and is constantly growing through in-house app developments as well as developments from app partners. Applications supporting work organization and productivity are now being added to the portfolio. “Our goal is to offer our customers a fully comprehensive business platform that brings all the tools they need in their daily business to a single user interface – regardless of the device they use. This also means, for example, that working time on the road and working with a smartphone is recorded just as easily as working time spent in the office, or that attending video conferences via smartphone in the car is just as convenient as on the computer,” explained Dagmar Geer, Chair of the Board, innovaphone AG.

Now innovaphone has released the Working app, which has already been tested in advance by the innovaphone community. The community feedback was incorporated into the design of the final user interface of the extremely lean application. The two-part app, consisting of a user view for employees and an admin view for HR managers, allows working times to be recorded very easily and in a time-saving manner in accordance with the legal requirements for working, break and rest times, and deviations can be quickly detected. innovaphone customers who already have myApps in the on-premises or cloud version only need to release the Working app for the respective users. New customers can install the myApps platform free of charge and then activate the Working app. All that is needed is one license per user of the Working app at a price of 3 euros per month for rent or 60 euros when purchasing the license.

Dagmar Geer confirmed, “Our vision from the beginning was to have an open platform that generates creative ideas – often against the background of a specific problem – and that serves as a stimulus for our partners and customers to develop own apps.
