With innovaphone myApps, the collaborative work and communication solution for businesses of all sizes, a variety of functions is already included, without additional cost. These functions are: Telephony, video calling, presence status, chat messaging, remote call control (RCC), admin options, Office and mobile integration as well as screen sharing / application sharing.

Following apps are already included with the innovaphone PBX: Phone App, Softphone App, Chat App, RCC App and PBX Manager App. There is no need to download these apps separately from the innovaphone App Store.



The Alarms App is a monitoring tool for administrators. Individual PBXs or all devices within one network can extensively be monitored with this app. The Alarms app indicates active system errors to the administrator, and relevant information for each error notification is displayed.

Analytics is the simple, comprehensive and visualized way of evaluating calls to reduce unanswered calls and optimize your business processes. You can easily keep track of a lot of data, mobile on a smartphone or on your pc monitor or a big screen for everyone.

Appinion can facilitate decision-making processes by quickly and easily asking myApps users for their opinion. You can determine yourself how many answer options you offer the user to choose from. The creator of the poll sees the voting result in percent, as well as how many votes were cast. An app that every company should have installed.

You can use the Calculator App for simple calculations such as additions, subtractions, divisions, multiplications as well as trigonometric functions and more. Entries can be made via smartphone, mouse click or via keyboard.

Call Forward allows one or more users to configure call forwarding for other users and PBX objects.Till october 2024 you can use this app without a license

Call Info can show you important information about the caller in your myApps Phone App for easier and more qualitative (customer) communication. The app obtains the information from an external LDAP server, which in turn can collect its information from a wide variety of sources. The Call List App lists every single incoming and outbound phone call (also group calls). Missed calls are indicated via an icon on the call history list. Detailed information can be accurately traced.

The Callback Manager App adds a new feature to the innovaphone solution. A large number of objects can be monitored and missed calls can be recorded in a list for processing. Daily call statistics are also generated.Since it is a service license, no user license is required. Therefore, any number of users can be authorized to the callback list and use it.

Callback2 is an app, which manages the callbacks of your company. Instead using email, paper, you got a modern interface for myApps that is compatible with your smartphone. In the Interface you can manage your own callbacks and have the possibility to create callbacks for other users. Every callback has a priority level, a status and an optional notice. These attributes can be changed by the sender or creator. Callbacks can be passed to other users or when finished moved into a history. All data changes of a callback are saved and can be seen by the users related to this. If you want, you could use the app to do some call notice instead of callbacks.Callback2 is the successor of the Callback App, with Team functionality. Send private messages and group chats with texts, emojis and data files via the Chat App. The app provides a secure messenger solution and is compliant with all security & privacy guidelines. Calls can be started directly from the Chat App.

Admins can use the Conference App to conveniently set up and manage virtual meeting rooms. Users enter these virtual meeting rooms to join online meetings directly via myApps (one app icon per myApps meeting room). They can further create invitations and administer dial-in PINs for enhanced security.

The Connector for kuando® provides visibility of the user’s presence status. The status is synchronized between myApps and other 3rd party telephony / conferencing apps (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex). Optionally, the kuando® Busylight visually indicates the status with colored LEDs.

This app allows admins to supply all innovaphone gateways with valid SSL certificates. They are automatically requested from the provider Let’s Encrypt, generated and subsequently installed on the local devices. Devices always have a globally valid SSL certificate.

Web admins can use the Widgets App to create, manage and delete contact widgets for the business website. Contact widgets provide an easy way for website visitors to get in touch with the defined agents (via phone / video call, chat, e-mail). Adjustable design elements help match the widget to the corporate design.

The Contacts App is a company directory. Users can look for contact information via the search field. This may be done by entering name, company name or telephone number. Detailed information will be displayed with one single click.

Contacts Manager can keep the address data of the innovaphone Contacts App regularly synchronized with one or more external data sources.

All devices of a cloud solution or on-premises installation are displayed and managed in the Devices app, from VoIP gateways to the end devices. Backups and updates are set up and installed in the Devices app.

With EasyConnect, XQTING makes it easy to integrate with innovaphone. It makes REST APIs available and, via webhooks, the EasyConnect app can notify your (low code) application of certain events, such as call monitoring or administrative changes.

The Events app is a monitoring tool for administrators, just like the Alarms app. All errors that have occurred are permanently stored in the Events app. Errors that have already been resolved are also listed here. Select or all events in the app can further be deleted.

Favorite Contacts allows to manage more than 32 contacts in groups for quick access. So communication over multiple departments, locations and with federation is quicker and more comfortable.Licensing: One license per service (pbx-system), no user license needed.

Files can easily be stored and organized with the Files app. These files can further be assigned individually and announcements to waiting queues can also be managed here.

With the Gigaset Provisioning App it is possible to automatically add and remove DECT devices via IPUI provisioning on the Gigaset Nx70 IP DECT. In addition, the LDAP configuration can be provisioned.

comteloGROUPS brings structure to your call groups. If you want to work together efficiently, this app has many advantages. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, waiting ques are clearly summarized and provide information on the status of the groups and their participants. Which participants can currently be reached in my group? Who is available or has an appointment right now? Are there static participants in my group who are permanently assigned to it and therefore always accept calls? These are just a few examples that the comteloGROUPS app makes visible. The practicality of the app is supplemented with additional functions, such as a call directly from the app or the chat button for short messages in between. Using the „Open Contact“ button, the user directly opens the corresponding contact view of his CRM client. The app inno2TANSS needs the ticketsystem "TANSS®" and a licensed innovaphone reporting. The app pushes the call information to the ticketsystem. In the ticketsystem you can use the integrated call lists and you got visualise the call information in your timelines. Everything will be configured in the inno2TANSS admin app, and then it works in the background, no app for the user needs to be started. Licensing: You need one license for one PBX and ticketsystem connection. No user licensing. Another tool for diagnostic analysis is the Logging app. Administrators can use this app to view information on the installation in real-time.

With the myPhoneKeys App, any registered innovaphone desk phone (IP11x, IP10x, IP2x2, IP1x0) can be operated and configured remotely. It is possible to configure function keys, activate or deactivate call forwarding, mute the ringtone and more.

The PBX-Designer for innovaphone is a PBX management application that provides an easy and graphical user interface, without the need to use the innovaphone PBX-Manager app. Currently, the PBX-Designer app enables to manage: - Fax server settings- Group Fax- Voicemail settings- Group voicemail- Clip no screening- Audio files (Upload and convert, record via the website, play and download) - Define pickup groups and program function keys - Define executive users and coworkers and program function keys - Mananage time switches more easily - Configure Exchange sync - Configure your waiting music - Call Flow Designer   The integrated Call Flow Designer allows the user to graphically design call flows. Individual flows can be created and each step can be annotated. The complex nesting and integration of announcements, DTMF functions, agents, call forwarding or timers are available in a simplified way as well as the integration of a voicemail box.  However, a reference to further flows is possible.

With the Phone App, you have access to all classic telephony functions such as making and receiving phone calls. You can further make video calls and share your full screen or select contents (application sharing) during a call.

The Profile App allows the user to individually configure the own user account (profile picture, e-mail address, password, username). The user can further set up Mobility and call diversions with the Profile app, in addition to joining or leaving groups and adding other devices.

With the Provisioning DECT app for Yealink, Yealink DECT devices can easily and quickly be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. The Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices app.The app is a representative example for the integration of additional IP phones from other manufacturers. With our completely open and expandable platform architecture of myApps, we enable the development of provisioning apps for end devices from almost any manufacturer.

The RCC App (Remote Call Control App) is used to conveniently operate any end device and to make or accept phone calls on this end device via the myApps interface. With the RCC App, the user can always be reached at the own extension, regardless of what device is being used.

All calls can be recorded with a Recordings license. All recorded calls are clearly listed within the Recordings App. The recordings can be played back within the app. This app is ideal for critical applications where it becomes necessary to record calls, for example if phone calls are contractually binding.

The Reports App displays telephony enquiries by using individually configurable filters. Reports can further be created according to specific times or time periods. Continuous analysis of successfully answered, lost or rejected phone calls provides valuable information.

Room manager is an application that allows you to manage the check-in and check-out of hotel clients. It also allows you to manage the control of the cleaning status of the rooms. The main functions of the room manager are the following: room management, registration of clients in the room, check-in and check-out, filter of available rooms, filter of clean rooms. The room cleaning control can be managed from the app and also allows you to change the status by using a combination of keys on the room telephone. With an intuitive interface, it allows the hotel reception to have complete control of the status of the rooms. The SNcom-VccClient app is a powerful extension for the Voxtron Communication Center, offering agents an optimized work environment. Hosted in myApps, this app allows agents in the Voxtron Communication Center to easily log in via the myApps application without the need for an additional Voxtron client application, change their personal status, and efficiently handle intelligently allocated phone calls through the VCC. Another feature is the synchronization between the VCC agent status and innovaphone Presence, ensuring up-to-date status information at all times. With its responsive design, the app is perfectly usable on both the desktop and mobile version of myApps.

The Softphone App is your virtual telephone with UCC functions. Make and receive audio and video calls on any end device with internet connection (required: audio input / output & camera function for video calls).

TANSS TK PopUp lets caller information appear in the TANSS® when a call comes in, and then automatically fades out a few seconds after the call ends. The ToDoList app gives users a space for quick notes or tasks within the myapps environment. You can use it for your daily goals, quick notes or something like that. The entries are stored in the app's database and are available across your myApps clientsessions

This app shows all users registered at the PBX. Simply select another user to begin a chat, start a call or to send an e-mail. Users can be selected and attached to the own home screen. If a user does not wish to be listed in this app, the privacy filter can be adjusted.

VIP Call allows you to create a Fastlane ticket for VIP customers and other calls using a PIN. So that a team can be prioritized or an employee can be reached directly. This enables a better experience on both sides of the phone line, can speed up processes and increase customer satisfaction.Licensing: One license per user with any number of devices. The Voicemail App manages the access to the voicemail inbox. All voicemails are available to the user in an organized fashion and voice messages can be played back in any sequence.

This application allows you to manage the wake-up service of a hotel. The user with access to the application (usually the hotel reception), assigns to a room the date and time in which he wishes to be woken up. Wakemeup makes the automatic call at the established date and time. The call queue is configured to load the audio file that wakemeup  should play during the call. The Working Manager App is an app for HR departments. It provides an overview of the work time information of all users. Settings such as the weekly working hours or the amount of work days per week can be configured individually for each user.

The Working User App enables employees to digitally record their working times. All hours worked per day / week / month as well as an overview of the actual working hours and the target working hours are conveniently displayed.

Yealink end devices can easily be integrated into an existing innovaphone PBX with this app. All you need for the configuration (provisioning) of the respective end devices is the corresponding MAC address of the device. Yealink phones that have been provisioned can then be managed via the Devices App.
